To start with, they gave me a very fair price over the internet on the Odyssey model that I wanted. With that information I knew exactly what they were giving me on my trade-in. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years... I have never had a positive buying experience such as my last at Battison Honda. On my first visit I was greeted by Donnie Graham who respected my request never had a positive buying experience such as my last at Battison Honda. On my first visit I was greeted by Donnie Graham who respected my request for no pressure sales; he was fantastic. He never even asked for my phone number, just please ask for him when I came back. I did come back, about 5 more times before I made my final decision and he was patient with me every time. I also met Anthony Jew on my first visit, he also made my wife and I feel very welcome with no pressure. On yet another occasion I met Shane Majors who again was pleasant, helpful, and patient as Janel and I made our decisions. As the deal was closing I can't think of one time in my past buying experiences where I was ever as comfortable and happy with the progression of the deal. We came with our numbers based on valid research and knew what we needed and they all respected that we were knowledgeable customers. Our financial completion was with Joe Ford and he was informative, helpful and again not pushy in any way. He was fantastic. I am driving the new car, am completely happy, feel like I was respected as a buyer and valued as a customer. I whole-heartedly endorse Battison Honda as the best place to buy your next vehicle.
