I was looking for a 2011 or 2012 Civic. I didn't have much credit. I found a Civic that I liked and sent my information in to get approved. Few minutes later I received a call from Harry. He told me that I was approved. I got there, Harry had my car already pulled up. I test drove my Civic, was in and out in less than an hour. Plus they gave me free oil changes for life with my car. I still can't believe it. Great people, great service!!! If you need a GREAT DEAL on a car, go see Harry!!! More

Bad Experience!! PLEASE READ I went to the dealership looking for a car for my wife and found one, everything started out fine and we went inside to talk price...I signed a paper I went to the dealership looking for a car for my wife and found one, everything started out fine and we went inside to talk price...I signed a paper that said i would pay X amound for the car and the salesman took it to his boss and he agreed to the price but said there was a problem with the title and said it was a salvage title so I was about to back out of the deal, they ran a new car fax and found the title is being corrected back to a green title since the car was stolen and no damage was done so i was back in on the deal, i asked if they still agreed to our price and they said yes. It was after5pm by this time and my credit union was closed so i said i had to work the next day and will be back in at 4:30 to get the car, one of the things we agreed on was a fresh detail along with a couple of other small things so the salesman said he would put the car in detail and it would be ready tomorrow. The next day i get a call around 1pm and the saleman said another couple was there looking at the car because they saw it online and his boss said it was ok to show it to them..I felt like they should have called me first to make sure i was still coming in to pick the car up at least, i thought we had a done deal, but they showed the car and they sold it to them even though i had already signed a paper saying i would buy the car and their manager approved it..pretty xxxxty of them to just change their mind and sell a car out from under me..very dishonest people there. I went into the dealership after i got off work and spoke with the saleman and he said they pretty much just changed their mind and wanted to show the car to these people..im assuming they felt like they were going to sell it too cheap to me and also realized the car had a green title instead of a salvage like they had originally thought...I asked to speak to his manager and he said he is on vacation..then i asked to speak to the General Manager or someone in charge and he said no one is there..We called the dealership just after to speak with a used car manager and guess what..he was there..they will lie to you face! I doubt they will ever make up the deal to me so i doubt i will be back. if they were to call me up and say hey we made a mistake and want to earn your service we will find you a car just like the one you wanted or we can make you an excellent deal on another car of your choice i would consider coming back in but I doubt they will. they dont seem to really care about anyone, just about making a profit. Women Are Not Welcome At Battison Women BEWARE OF BATTISON HONDA!!! ESPECIALLY if you are an educated Black woman!!!! On Sat, April 5 I went to Battison with 2 of my cousins (male and Women BEWARE OF BATTISON HONDA!!! ESPECIALLY if you are an educated Black woman!!!! On Sat, April 5 I went to Battison with 2 of my cousins (male and female). A 2014 Honda Accord Sport quickly caught my eye. It was a brand new car that had already been sold and brought back with 800 miles on it. (At that time, Robert in finance was trying to sell me an officially used car for a new car price.) After my salesman gave me an initial offer, I calmly said no. Then my salesman came back with 2 more men, one of them Robert in finance. The other manager approached us saying “what is all the tension for?” (Are you feeling tension because there are 3 harmless black people sitting in front you with smiles on their faces as you are standing in front of them or are you feeling tension because this woman is a direct educated communicator who does not impulse buy?) I said “I am used to working with all men so I’m not afraid to stand my ground. Also, there is no tension. You just call it tension because I am a woman who stands her ground firmly. I am happy and I like this car. There is no tension. This is just not the payment that I am looking for.” They went back to negotiate again trying to beat my bank’s rate. Robert said that he doesn’t want to waste his time and he doesn’t want to waste mine either. I said well you also need to understand that I need a car, but my truck is in good shape. I’m very patient. I have no problem walking away today if you can’t get me the payment that I want. He showed me another price, and I said no. He rudely and abruptly said “thank you and have a good day”. WOW!!!! How rude!!! The salesman I was working with was great so I asked him to contact me if the car was still there on Monday. On Saturday April 19 we came up with a deal that I was OK with, but I wasn’t comfortable. I had specifically told my salesman not to have me doing business with Robert because he was rude. I drove my truck up to the dealership to sign the papers, but I had to work. I worked with Chris and another finance manager. I asked them then “what happens if I decide that I don’t like this deal and I may not want this car”. The other manager said “I won’t send the paperwork over to the bank until Tuesday to give you some time to think about it. I know you didn’t feel good today, so I will wait until Tuesday to send the paperwork.” Once all of the paperwork was done, I LEFT THE CAR there, and drove my TRUCK off the lot to my second job. On Monday morning, April 21 I called my salesman and told them that I had been crunching numbers and we needed to come up with a better deal. I also went to Battison that afternoon and talked to Chris and my salesman face-to-face. Chris then asked me how did I like the car, and I told him that I didn’t take the car, and that I needed a different agreement. They said they would get with another manager and see what they could do and give me a call back. I talked to my salesman almost every day as I had begun negotiating with other dealerships. In the meantime, my uncle found me 3 other cars to fit my budget. I told my salesman this. He even showed me other cars on the lot while I was there. I never heard back from the finance guys regarding changing my agreement as I had been keeping in contact with my salesman, called the dealership and never got through to Chris, and even left a voicemail that was never returned. On Monday, April 28, I went to Battison with a friend (female). As I was sitting waiting to talk to Chris, Tyler came out and said those people aren’t used to working with people who are intelligent and actually know what they are doing. I was about to find out that he was right. Chris came out and asked what could he do for me, and I told him that I needed to talk about my agreement again. WITHOUT CHECKING, he said well your paperwork has already been sent to the bank. I said, “how can that be when I called you guys on the 4/21 telling you to hold off on the deal. Have you not talked to my salesman.” (This was nothing more than an attempt to intimidate and bully me). He checked with his managers and came back escorting my friend and I into his office. At this time he asked how I was liking my car, I told him that I had never taken it. I told him that my salesman texted me that they could offer me 2.99% for 72 months with a payment of $297 per month. I even showed him the text message. Chris said it didn’t make sense. Although my salesman could have made a mistake, we are still going to have to come up with something different because I have better offers on the table. He said with much disregard that it doesn’t matter even if he honored 2.5% interest because it’s only a few dollars different as his attitude started to change. I said well then you can change the price of the car. He rudely said well I only work with percentages so I’ll have to get you another manager. Then he came back with Robert. I immediately sighed when I saw him. Robert aggressively gave me this ego driven speech saying that he is the one who makes the final decisions to try to intimidate me. He then said “either you sign the deal where it is now or we’re done”. I stopped him and said no you listen to me. (Not only was Robert aggressive with his words, but also with his tone and most of all HIS BODY LANGUAGE.) I told him what my salesman had texted me and also addressed the way he was treating me with such aggression. Then he asked when the car was delivered (meaning when did I drive it off the lot). I said I had never taken the car. He asked Chris aggressively a few times in a row to try to force me into the contract. NOW THE CAR HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE LOT SINCE APRIL 5 (TEST DRIVE), APRIL 19 (WHEN I SIGNED PAPERS), APRIL 21 (WHEN I TALKED TO MY SALESMAN AND CHRIS FACE-TO-FACE), AND APRIL 28 (AS I WAS SITTING IN THE OFFICE). THE CAR HAD BEEN SITTING ON THEIR LOT FOR 23 DAYS!!!!!! Once Chris told him that I had never taken the car, he was almost yelling as he said SHRED HER PAPERWORK!!! HAVE A BLESSED DAY!! It was a pretty bad fireworks show. But I did stand my ground. I put them in their place with education, knowledge, and self-respect. I didn’t yell, scream, curse, roll my neck, my eyes, or display any aggressive body language. Can you believe the audacity of these two men and how could they treat two women like this? They had never even seen the friend that was with me that day! How could they display such gender discrimination in front of me (the customer) and my friend (potential customer). Tyler was right! I had even told my salesman before that you know that I know I haven’t bought the car since I didn’t drive off the lot. Please don’t try to play me for a fool by trying to take advantage of me being a woman. As my friend and I walked out, Keldrick Williams comforted me asked me what was wrong. As I was telling him what had happened, Mario Goggins approached us and tried his best to make the situation right. Although Keldrick was with another customer, he made sure that Mario would take care of me. Mario listened and analyzed the situation, and did his best reconcile what his coworkers had done. He did everything possible to keep me from bursting into tears. Thank you, Mario and Keldrick for attempting to make the sun shine on that rainy and cold day yesterday. Unfortunately, I am still angry and hurt that I would have to fight so hard to guard myself as AN INTELLIGENT BLACK WOMAN trying to buy a car. I told Mario, I spend so much on fuel and it keeps me from doing youth ministry the way I want to. Those kids mean the world to me, and I don’t want fuel costs to get in the way of building godly relationships with the kiddies and pouring the love on them. That’s part of the reason why I have a part-time job. Also, keeping my truck would give me the opportunity to bless our new youth pastors with additional transportation. All I wanted to do was get myself some gas saving transportation to be able to help change more lives and to be a blessing as so many others have done for me. Thank you, again, to Keldrick and Mario for trying to make the wrong things right. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had when trying to buy a vehicle! Ladies, especially Black ladies, AND ALL LADIES, prepare for discrimination and intimidation if you choose to go to Battison without a man. I wouldn’t advise you to go at all, but if you do, please see Mario, Keldrick, or Tyler. It’s nice to know that there a still a few good apples in a bunch of apples rotten to the core. More

He had Three months to have my car ready and when I went to pick it up he ask to come the next day. Called the next day and again not ready and needed two more days. It was just very sad. Then when I finally got my car and finished the paperwork the Finance department forgot to endorse the check. Because of all the delays I ended up having to pay for my taxes in Texas which double what I had to pay in Oklahoma. I had a great price and great experience until I went to pick up my car. I ordered my car while I was serving overseas and come home to find out that my car was not ready. All I received for all the trouble was car tent on the front windows which I have to remove because it is illegal in Texas. More
Great! Purchasing my new car seemed like a daunting and nerve-wracking task, but Battison Honda made it one of the easiest and best customer service experien Purchasing my new car seemed like a daunting and nerve-wracking task, but Battison Honda made it one of the easiest and best customer service experiences I've had. I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic and could not be any happier with the decision. Derek was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure I got what I wanted in a car and really just went above and beyond to accommodate me. I simply walked in on a Thursday and told him what I wanted and test drove the car. Two days later, I came back and purchased the car. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I also met with Anthony J. and Donnie G - also friendly and great to work with. Again, great experience. I really appreciate it. Thanks guys. More

I started out on the internet with several Honda dealerships and finally decided on Battison Honda. Dustin Harper from the Internet Sales department made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. There was no pressure and no haggling. Id recommend Battison Honda to everyone I know. Thomas M Clark More
