We are very sorry that you didn't have a good experience at our dealership. We always want our customers to feel good about their purchase. That is why we offered to unwind your purchase as soon as we found out that you were not happy with your equipment. We have no control over bank's APR, term or any additional documents that they may require to complete the loan. We are very sorry that the bank approved you at a less desirable term and required additional documents. That is also why for the second time we offered to completely unwind your deal and refund your down payment. We will do a much better job explaining this part of the transaction in the future. We will also continue to make every attempt to restore your confidence in our company when you bring your vehicle in for your free oil changes. Sorry again.

We are very sorry for your unpleasant visit to our store. Our dealership, just like any other retail outlet requires a full or partial payment to secure a purchase. Just like buying a TV from BestBuy or WalMart, customer must make a payment in order for them to take that TV off the shelf. We gave you 2 opportunities to purchase this unit. Both times you choose not to secure it. First time we couldn't get a deposit from you to secure this deal. That's why the car was still sitting on our lot and was sold that following morning. Even with being after 5pm, we gave you an opportunity to make a deposit over the phone and secure this purchase. You choose not to. We gave you another opportunity to buy this vehicle few days later, when we found out that this is the only vehicle that you would take. We got this sold vehicle back just so you can buy it. No other dealer would ever do that. For a second time you didn't buy it. This time we have this vehicle sitting on our lot for a week waiting on you before we sold it for a second time. We made every attempt to sell you this vehicle. Unfortunately, us or any other business can't keep the merchandise off the "shelf" when a client is not willing to pay for it. We still haven't heard from you. This would be 3 weeks for this unit being off the market without a real buyer... Again we are very sorry for your unpleasant experience at our store. Thank you.
