Allen and Justin in service are crooks! Making sure we were always spoken to with respect and they truly showed how grateful they were to see us return evey time we returned weather it was for service or to purchase another vehicle. Every vehicle we purchased from Steve Bailey Honda they offered a class for the vehicle showing every detail and how to maintain everything, I'm confident that's why I still have the first one I bought. That matters! Everything on that Accord works! And runs like new, that dealership has done all repairs even though it's changed owners way to many times. The sales people have to look up answers today when you have questions about the cars you wanna buy, the finance dept spoke to me as though I was a child telling me I was getting a great deal and couldn't believe the amount I was paying for the last cat I bought a few months ago, it was an act, totally fake and gets no award for his acting. The car buying experience has always been said to be bad however when you find a good dealership you stick with em, Battison is not Steve Bailey Honda and needs to learn how it was once done years ago by employees that still work there since it was Steve Bailey. I'll never go to Battison for anything again! Justin in service refused to do a recall because it was old and American Honda told him to do it, he acted like he was supposed to diagnose the problem and told me the new product was in and he was gonna install it, he charged me for that, I made Honda of America aware of this and they reimbursed me and called Battison to let the know how dishonest Justin is, he won't look at me now when I come in! Proof he's dishonest! Then I take another of our Hondas in and Allan is the one trying to scam me this time, he tells me all fluids need to be changed, I've checked them on a normal basis and they are all clear, I tell him I have a coupon for the oil change and he says they don't take coupons! I said why did you send me this? He said our prices are already low! I said this coupon said it expires March 2015 and he said I bet if I try I can make it work. I didn't wanna argue because I'm dealing with to much other important stuff! Plenty of other things have happened over the past year at Battison, if you wanna chance getting dishonest service on a regular basis take your Honda here. I'm done for good! NO RESPECT FROM EMPLOYEES AND IF ANYBODY SAID ANYTHING ABOUT POLICIES ANYMORE ID GET SICK! THEY NEED TO STOP BEING DISHONEST, WHAT PUT THE ICING IN THE CAKE FOR ME IS GIVING THEM A COUPON THEY SENT ME AND ALLAN SAYING WE DONT HAVE ANY COUPONS OUT AND WE ARENT ACCEPTING THEM! REMEMBER IM SPEAKING WITH RESPECT HE DIDNT DESERVE THE ENTIRE TIME! BATTISON NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONCIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! DISHONEST PEOPLE AND ILL SAY EVERYTHING HERE TO THEIR FACES! More
On a scale from 1-10, they get a solid 8.2! Corey Cummings and Matt Randlall were able to negotiate an inviting deal over the phone that beat Eskridge Honda's offer by $2000. A final price was Corey Cummings and Matt Randlall were able to negotiate an inviting deal over the phone that beat Eskridge Honda's offer by $2000. A final price was reached in minutes with smiles on both ends. This included trading in 2 cars. Once a car was decided on, they tracked down the vehicle and had it delivered within a couple of days. Car was then prepped for delivery with 2 hours (which needs improvement) and an in depth explanation on how to use all the features in the vehicle was provided by Corey. Great team out in the field, the issues came from the back offices and the detail team. First, Zachary (Finance Director) cleaned up a critical error in the vehicle's cost which placed him in a position where he felt like he was trying to take us for $$$$.$$! He reacted quickly and provided a clear explanation as to why the numbers didn't add up. I would have thought that someone (team in the back) who's responsible for ensuring the customer is taken care of, and with closing the final deal, would be responsible enough to verify all the information prior to presenting it to a paying customer. The error would have cost me over $150 a month! The detail team must have been headed by a blind person. They were happy to spray the interior with some kind of interior shine product and only wipe down a quarter of it. There were spray marks, dull areas, and of course those area they were able to successfully wipe down throughout the entire interior. We didn't notice it then because it was night time. In the morning when we got in the vehicle, my daughter thought something was wrong with the interior of her car. We then took the time to fix what seemed like a rush job. The exterior wasn't anything to write home about either. Plenty of smudges and missed areas but that's what happens when Quality of work isn't verified. Finally, the dealer suffers from many inefficiencies. They are still filling out the same paperwork dealers did in the 60s. It took four people, that I saw, to sell me a car and 20 pages of paperwork. Someone needs to introduce this dealer to technology and efficiency. I'm sure they're wasting millions a year on how they are currently operating. Hire someone who understands Lean and Six Sigma, you'll be glad you did. There Accesories Section is updated but cheapened by the sales signs and quality of products. The customer is afforded wifi but no water, donuts, coffee, soda, etc. These are the things that makes customer come back, a good deal can be found anywhere! Again, the field team is on point but there is much to learn in overall operation. I admit I have no clue as to what it takes to run a dealership but I'm certain even the guy in the detail shop can see the inefficiencies in that dealership. I'm praying the service department excels beyond the show room team because I'll be enjoying my free oil changes there for sometime. More

Our salesperson took time out in his day off to get everything done for us so all we had to do was come in, do a test drive, and sign paperwork. They allowed us to take another car home because the car we wanted was at another dealer. With the free oil changes and free window tinting and a rental car when needed this is the place to go! More

She told me how well they treated her. I was not looking to buy a new vehicle for myself but I finally went inside with her. Corey Cummings, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and treated both of us very good. Within a couple days I was also driving a Honda (Accord coupe). Everyone there treated us very well. Going in for an oil change, was even an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle. More
Great buying experience! What a great way to do business. Mario Goggins was fantastic. I found a car on their website and asked for the internet price. Mario replied with what I considered to be a great price. We drove the car and Mario was very pleasant and knowledgeable. At no time was there even the slightest bit of pressure. We are now the proud owners of a new 2015 Accord. We also have a 2005 Honda Pilot that my wife bought brand new when this dealership was Steve Bailey. Other than buying tires, no one has worked on the Pilot except for this dealership. I think that's one reason it has almost 145,000miles and still runs great. More

Loved the Experience! This was the third car that I'd bought from this Honda dealership. However, the first time from these owners (Battison Honda). I was extremely pleased This was the third car that I'd bought from this Honda dealership. However, the first time from these owners (Battison Honda). I was extremely pleased with the process. Typically, car buying is an unpleasant experience....not at Battison! Even my wife, who HATES the process of buying a new car, commented how pleasant and easy it was. Jake in sales was awesome, so was Donnie in registration and finance. I Highly recommend these guys! J & B More
Terrible Experience and not worth it! We bought two cars in one week from them. At first we really liked the first car sale man- he called in sick when we went to purchase the second one a We bought two cars in one week from them. At first we really liked the first car sale man- he called in sick when we went to purchase the second one and actually had my car keys with him meaning I couldn't pick up my own car while I test drove one of theirs. They seemed way helpful until I bought a car that didn't have key features worth a couple of thousand dollars the salesman said they had. They also did not give us a good "deal" and continued to change both car contracts after we had signed the first contracts. After that they had to continue to call and have us come BACK in to resign papers. The papers would change, they would need more information even though we had given it to them. We'd go into the dealership and get tossed around from department to department and no one really handled the situation. Once they have you in there they don't care what they do to sell you a car. Advance to the time the tag is due, and we don't even have the title. once we call and get ahold of someone in finance they said they needed the same information we already provided.. They did not respect us at our workplace, and when they NEEDED something they'd go as far as calling your work and while you asked them to wait to call, but when you needed to get ahold of them it was near impossible. When you did call it was hard to even get anyone to answer and you would have to talk to several different people. They also didn't any of the complaints from the second car purchase into consideration or really make it right. I would never recommend buying a car from Battison. Matt Randall was the one of the nice ones there and made you feel like he was doing his best, but everything was always out of his control. If we could have only dealt with Matt from start to finish and not have to go from person to person or department to department then we probably wouldn't have had to sign several contracts, been hassled by salesmen, or had to spend several hours driving there or finalizing our purchase. He did the best he could, but with having to deal with other departments and finance it was always changing from what he told us on the phone and what actually was the deal when we got inside his office. They don't really go above and beyond and after signing several contracts and spending several hours at their dealership and on their phone it was a bigger headache than needed and not worth it. We love our cars even though one was sold with false features, but will never recommend Battison to anyone. We actually will save all of our friends and family the headache and wasted hours on buying a car from this dealership. They don't keep track of the information asked and you will more than likely sign a number of contracts which will be different than the original agreed terms. More
