Dear Henry, I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. We strive to provide the best service possible to all of our clients. Fluids need to be changed from time to time to keep the vehicle safe and dependable. As you stated, last time you changed your fluids was just under 40,000 ago at the dealership in Texas. It is very common that fluids need to be changed after driving that many miles. We have several coupons posted on our website. American Honda sends coupons as well. We are very sorry that you didn't have a good experience at our dealership. We always want our customers to feel good about their purchase. That is why we offered to unwind your purchase as soon as we found out that you were not happy with your equipment. We have no control over bank's APR, term or any additional documents that they may require to complete the loan. We are very sorry that the bank approved you at a less desirable term and required additional documents. That is also why for the second time we offered to completely unwind your deal and refund your down payment. We will do a much better job explaining this part of the transaction in the future. We will also continue to make every attempt to restore your confidence in our company when you bring your vehicle in for your free oil changes. Sorry again.
