Dear April, we are very sorry that we couldn't get you approved. State of Oklahoma motor vehicle commission enforces the spot delivery law not us. We're not a bank, we only assist you with getting financing for your vehicle. Bank decides if you'll get approved or not. They make their decision based on your credit performance. We would love to sell you this vehicle. If you can secure your own financing we even willing to reduce our price to help you get approved. Let us know if you'd like for us to fax a bill of sale to your bank. We will also issue a full refund of what you spent on insurance.
