It was what we were wanting for it so we went to price the Honda we wanted. For a salesman, we got stuck with Corbin. All he could talk about was how great of a deal we were getting on our trade-in and it took almost 2 hours to get them to give us a final number on a new Civic which came in over $500 more than Fowler. It was apparent they were trying to make up for the high trade-in by quoting us a high sales price. We parted over a matter of $500 and the next morning the internet sales manager called and we negotiated a price a few hundred lower than the night before and we agreed. On our 45 minute drive to the dealership, Corbin called and said he spoke to the general sales manager and stated they had to stay with the numbers from the day before. I called the internet sales manager back and she hadn't been notified but said she would look into why he contacted us with that info. Since we were almost there, we continued and she greeted us and asked if we would prefer to work with a different salesman. Unfortunately, I told her it was not necessary. Finally, in the finance office, we realize Corbin made another obvious mistake and after meeting the rude sales manager Shane in a "professional" purple suit, his mistake cost us another $50 after he claimed he "forgot" the numbers we agreed to. After we finished, Corbin again apologized and offered us all weather floor mats when our vehicle is brought in. We get a wrecked Civic for a loaner that had wheels that would rub on the damaged front end. A few days later he calls to ask if we mind if it has a spoiler since the one he found has one already installed. We wanted one and figured that makes up for all the errors so we agree and he says he will get it brought in from another dealership. Later he calls back and tells us it is sold and he found one without the spoiler instead. I found a dealership online and think he kept searching until he found another one so they wouldn't have to eat the cost of the deck lid spoiler which he claimed was over $600. Finally the car comes in. I learned more about the car in an hour of online research than he knew about it so I was ready to get the car and leave. He said he couldn't do the all-weather floor mats he promised because he had to pay for them and couldn't afford them so he gave us a Honda keychain. Such a huge disappointment. We have bought a new car every 3 years and promise our next will NOT be from Battison. More

Terrible customer service The only reason I am giving this place one star is because 0 isn't an option. I took my car to get repaired there a week ago and they gave me so man The only reason I am giving this place one star is because 0 isn't an option. I took my car to get repaired there a week ago and they gave me so many problems. I understood there were other cars in front of me but they seemed to think it was okay to put my car off for days. I called the first two days to check up on the progress of my car and it wasn't even worked on. The other 2 days they hung up on me so they didn't have to deal with me! This guy named Chris in the service department was the BIGGEST problem there. After days without my car he called and told me it was done but they close at 6! I don't get off til 6 but Chris said he would "personally wait there till 7" so we can get my car since he knew how unhappy we were about how we were treated for the week. Imagine my surprise when we were told that Chris took off at 6 and didn't tell anybody about my car!!! On top of that he gave us his personal phone number, so of course I called numerous of times to get ahold of him and he straight up ignored my calls! I was so fed up at that point. The only person who was any help was the woman who worked the front desk. God bless her. She seemed to be the only person trained in customer service and showed empathy and patience. I understand that not everyone in Battinson is like Chris however if they let people like him work there then how do I know there isn't more of him there? He could have at least been respectful enough to apologize. Take my advice and streer clear of Battinson Honda. I would hate for someone else to get Chris in the service department because you will NOT be helped. Just ignored, neglected and angry. More
Excellent! My wife and I were looking for a specific new Honda Civic and had stopped at a couple of other dealers before we went to Battison. Linda, our sales l My wife and I were looking for a specific new Honda Civic and had stopped at a couple of other dealers before we went to Battison. Linda, our sales lady, was excellent! There were no high pressure sales, no "on sale now", no "you better buy now someone else want this car" nothing but a friendly smile and attitude. They did not have the specific car we wanted but it was located in Texas at a dealership. Battison went to Texas, obtained the vehicle, brought it back, and prepped it at no charge. We had been pre-approved by our CU but Battison Finance reviewed several other offers making sure we had the best financing available. The car, Civic EX-T with Honda Sense (I highly recommend you spend the little extra for this safety feature) has been excellent. It has been back for its first service and the service department was great, even washed the car after service. I really enjoyed (and that is rare for me) all the people at Battison. Again Linda, our sales rep, was great and remembers us when we return. Highly recommended! More

Freindly sales rep I went to Battison Honda after looking at their website to find out more about the cars that I had seen online. Paul Meyers, the sales rep, helped me out and showed me the car that would fit my budget and had all the things I wanted. He let me test drive it and also pointed out all of the extra amennities. I didn't buy a car that day, so Paul stayed in contact with me through email and phone, he was not pushy and did not send endless emails even if I didn't respond that day. I realized later that week that I needed to change how much I was spending, so I told Paul that I needed to spend less than I had previously said, so Paul gave me more info on cars that would fit my new budget. I did not end up buying a car from there, my aunt's neighbor was selling his extra car that he didn't need anymore and gave me a good deal. Paul was very friendly and thorough. I would have bought a car from him. More
