Buyer Beware After purchasing one vehicle from them 4 years ago I decided to go back for this next vehicle. Biggest mistake ever. The sales dept was OK but the finance department apparently has no clue what they are doing. Went in on June 3rd and signed papers. It is now June 30th and I am still getting the run around on getting copies of all the documents from the transaction. I am also still getting notices from the multitude of financing companies that they went through for finance and my credit rating has drop 50 pts in that time because of it even though they assured me it would appear as one inquiry. Guess they will lie about anything to make a sale. More

Horrible Horrible experience and service!!! Bought car on June 2nd using my own finance company and the accounting and finance department has yet to fax my purchase agreement to my bank...I have Bought car on June 2nd using my own finance company and the accounting and finance department has yet to fax my purchase agreement to my bank...I have read similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau regarding this very same type of complaint. My salesman was awesome but the finance and accounting department was by far the worst I have dealt with in my 48 years of life. I will never refer anyone to this crooked car dealership. All that is needed is a simple fax to USAA from the dealership. Today is June 28th and they have yet to update us on anything ..its not that hard to make a phone call. More

Great Experience, Top Notch Service and Awesome Staff Purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Sport Special Edition from Donnie and Linda Graham at Battison Honda. My wife and I just had a little baby girl and we d Purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Sport Special Edition from Donnie and Linda Graham at Battison Honda. My wife and I just had a little baby girl and we did not have a lot of time to hangout at the dealership all day with her. We knew exactly what car we wanted and they had it pulled up front detailed and gassed up ready to go by the time we got there. Paperwork was already printed and we were in and out in under and hour. They made the process extremely easy! We will most definitely be back again! Thanks guys! More

Lying con artists! They lied and told my girlfriend that she was approved for 14.99% financing through capital one and we signed that night for the 14.99%, put $2,000 do They lied and told my girlfriend that she was approved for 14.99% financing through capital one and we signed that night for the 14.99%, put $2,000 down and drove away with the car. Then during the first week she had to spend $400 on repairs on the car only to get a call 2 weeks after we bought it saying that she was never approved and that she had to come in and sign for 23% interest or they would come take the car!! The manager Jim was extremely rude when we talked to him and just continuously cut us off when we tried to explain that Terry the finance manager said the capital one approved her for 14.99%. They say they will not reimburse her for the $400 she had to spend on the car and that it will take 2 weeks to get her $2000 that she put down back! WE WERE TOLD THAT SHE WAS APPROVED and would have never spent $400 on a car that we d idnt think was hers! Not only that...we would have never drove it off the lot! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! More

Outstanding experience for the 4th time. We were replacing our car with something an older person finds easier to get Into and out of. Our Lincoln LS, thou very low mileage, for the 4th time. Our Lincoln LS, thou very low mileage, it was nearly impossible to climb out of for a senior with back problems, so it basically sat unused. We have an Honda Odyssey that's great but we needed something we could both easily enter and exit and easy for the misses to drive. The 2017 CR-V Touring AWD fit the ticket. The sales rep we use at Battison is Mr. Mark Forth. He has sold us three Odyssey's from three dealership names, so we contacted him and he put our name on the next new CR-V arriving in our color choice. When it arrived at the dealership we negotiated a trade and picked it up the next day. It was just that hassle free. Now to be fair, let me say that this was a no-hassle cash sale. No loan to process, no muss, no fuss. A very clean sale. Write a check for the vehicle and take it home. So, if someone had a problem financing thru Battison, I would't know anything about that end of a purchase there. I have also had all three of our Odyssey 's serviced at Battison Honda and its former named dealerships. No issues with heir service either More

Horrible customer service Horrible! Car we purchased was new. It broke down with less than 2000 miles while hundreds of miles away from home. Honda roadside assistance refused Horrible! Honda roadside assistance refused to help despite in the owners manual a list of help they offer. THEY WON'T HELP! ONCE WE got the car to Battison they insisted there was no pro pen with the car despite it over heating and leaking radiator coolant. Had to take it back multiple times before they finally acknowledged a problem with the water pump. So we were out over one thousand dollars in rental cars, hotel and towing the car and neither Honda nor Harrison will compensate a dime for my out of pocket expenses. Harrison said it's not there problem....dont ever buy a car from these people. Ever! More
