Lying con artists! They lied and told my girlfriend that she was approved for 14.99% financing through capital one and we signed that night for the 14.99%, put $2,000 do They lied and told my girlfriend that she was approved for 14.99% financing through capital one and we signed that night for the 14.99%, put $2,000 down and drove away with the car. Then during the first week she had to spend $400 on repairs on the car only to get a call 2 weeks after we bought it saying that she was never approved and that she had to come in and sign for 23% interest or they would come take the car!! The manager Jim was extremely rude when we talked to him and just continuously cut us off when we tried to explain that Terry the finance manager said the capital one approved her for 14.99%. They say they will not reimburse her for the $400 she had to spend on the car and that it will take 2 weeks to get her $2000 that she put down back! WE WERE TOLD THAT SHE WAS APPROVED and would have never spent $400 on a car that we d idnt think was hers! Not only that...we would have never drove it off the lot! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Our Lincoln LS, thou very low mileage, it was nearly impossible to climb out of for a senior with back problems, so it basically sat unused. We have an Honda Odyssey that's great but we needed something we could both easily enter and exit and easy for the misses to drive. The 2017 CR-V Touring AWD fit the ticket. The sales rep we use at Battison is Mr. Mark Forth. He has sold us three Odyssey's from three dealership names, so we contacted him and he put our name on the next new CR-V arriving in our color choice. When it arrived at the dealership we negotiated a trade and picked it up the next day. It was just that hassle free. Now to be fair, let me say that this was a no-hassle cash sale. No loan to process, no muss, no fuss. A very clean sale. Write a check for the vehicle and take it home. So, if someone had a problem financing thru Battison, I would't know anything about that end of a purchase there. I have also had all three of our Odyssey 's serviced at Battison Honda and its former named dealerships. No issues with heir service either More

Honda roadside assistance refused to help despite in the owners manual a list of help they offer. THEY WON'T HELP! ONCE WE got the car to Battison they insisted there was no pro pen with the car despite it over heating and leaking radiator coolant. Had to take it back multiple times before they finally acknowledged a problem with the water pump. So we were out over one thousand dollars in rental cars, hotel and towing the car and neither Honda nor Harrison will compensate a dime for my out of pocket expenses. Harrison said it's not there problem....dont ever buy a car from these people. Ever! More

Seems like after I bought our cars, no help afterwards We have purchased 4-5 cars from Battison. Always had a great experience. In December 2016 one of our cars was totaled with a lady that ran a red light. I had to call multiple times to get someone in finance to call me back to get some extended warranties canceled...then was told the wrong information. It was not until the end of January to the middle of February that it was taken care of by me showing up there. (in the mean time I had to continue making payments on the totaled car and the new car because they would not get the information needed). Since then I had to call to find out about another car and they once again, never returned my car. Left multiple messages for both the finance director and the general manager...no return call. Called again today found out that they "applied' it to the trade in....but never was told about that. Makes me really sad as we have had such good experiences there...but now thinking I may have to find another dealer. More

There was no warranty so I assumed we would be out of pocket for whatever the problem was. I called them to see if they could help. They had the car fixed for us and put us in a loaner car until the problem was solved. Life savers! It was what we were wanting for it so we went to price the Honda we wanted. For a salesman, we got stuck with Corbin. All he could talk about was how great of a deal we were getting on our trade-in and it took almost 2 hours to get them to give us a final number on a new Civic which came in over $500 more than Fowler. It was apparent they were trying to make up for the high trade-in by quoting us a high sales price. We parted over a matter of $500 and the next morning the internet sales manager called and we negotiated a price a few hundred lower than the night before and we agreed. On our 45 minute drive to the dealership, Corbin called and said he spoke to the general sales manager and stated they had to stay with the numbers from the day before. I called the internet sales manager back and she hadn't been notified but said she would look into why he contacted us with that info. Since we were almost there, we continued and she greeted us and asked if we would prefer to work with a different salesman. Unfortunately, I told her it was not necessary. Finally, in the finance office, we realize Corbin made another obvious mistake and after meeting the rude sales manager Shane in a "professional" purple suit, his mistake cost us another $50 after he claimed he "forgot" the numbers we agreed to. After we finished, Corbin again apologized and offered us all weather floor mats when our vehicle is brought in. We get a wrecked Civic for a loaner that had wheels that would rub on the damaged front end. A few days later he calls to ask if we mind if it has a spoiler since the one he found has one already installed. We wanted one and figured that makes up for all the errors so we agree and he says he will get it brought in from another dealership. Later he calls back and tells us it is sold and he found one without the spoiler instead. I found a dealership online and think he kept searching until he found another one so they wouldn't have to eat the cost of the deck lid spoiler which he claimed was over $600. Finally the car comes in. I learned more about the car in an hour of online research than he knew about it so I was ready to get the car and leave. He said he couldn't do the all-weather floor mats he promised because he had to pay for them and couldn't afford them so he gave us a Honda keychain. Such a huge disappointment. We have bought a new car every 3 years and promise our next will NOT be from Battison. More
