I have been disappointed at every step with this dealership. They sold me a car with a damaged windshield and would not replace it. Made me come in twice for a separate recall that still has not b dealership. They sold me a car with a damaged windshield and would not replace it. Made me come in twice for a separate recall that still has not been fixed. They overcharged for a tune up and sold me a car with a bunch of other people’s personal information on it. Also, they gave me a ridiculous quote for changing out the damaged windshield. Can’t see doing business with them or Honda again. More

Basney Honda was ready when I arrived for the Friday 8:30 am appointment. Austin welcomed me and was ready for my 2012 CRV. The waiting room was comfortable. I had a broken part dragging under my CRV. Basney took it in immediately to remove it while I waited. I got a call after the install of my side mirror that the part arrived. This was a little confusing yet encouraging as the one that was install has a blemish. I called back to see if this was the actual unit part arrived. This was a little confusing yet encouraging as the one that was install has a blemish. I called back to see if this was the actual unit and if the one paid for and installed previously was a temporary perhaps to protect the assembly. The service contact I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and only jnew that the part had arrived, suggesting I call back to speak with Curt. I tried to reach him, but was routed to someone else's voicemail. In that left message, I explained the above, but have not yet received a callback. The originally damaged assembly was also missing in part from my vehicle when I picked it up after the initial install, which seemed strange...it may have been in better shape aesthetically than the one installed now.
