The Service Department at Basney Honda is exceptional. During my last visit, Brian determined that my push button starter was causing my engine starting problems, instead of the alternator as I thought. I could not believe the bill of $369. 82 I received for what I thought was going to be a routine oil change and brake fluid change. I regret that I was talked into a tire rotation I didn’t need (I had one barely a month ago). But that was only a fraction of the bill. I was charged twice the labor for two filters being changed? That’s incredible. I was never warned or updated about the costs incurred for the work being performed. It would have been nice to know what I was to expect before I was stuck with a bill of $369.82. I will never go there for routine maintenance again. More
