Got my car on the schedule very quickly so I appreciate that. However, they had taken off several access panels inside my van to complete the job, and when I got in my car, the panels were laying on the fl that. I drove back in, a man from the service center came and put them back on and then walked away. The garage door had closed behind me, there was a car being worked on in front of me and apparently I was supposed to figure out how to get out. Thankfully a gentleman that worked at the front desk of the service center came in, apologized, moved the car in front of mine, and opened up and exit door for me. Yikes, the service guys might know cars but someone else should handle all customer interactions and double check their work so these types of things can be prevented. Makes me wonder what else was half way completed… More
