Good and Fast Service I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arriv I went to Basney Honda to originally get an oil change, possibly a tire rotation and have my brakes checked. I did not have an appointment. Upon arrival I was told there would be at minimum a 2 hour wait before my car could be worked on. I was unable to wait that long and Austin was able to get me in the very next day with an appointment. Faster than I expected!! Your service of having a driver take me back home so I could work and then pick me up when my vehicle was done is a good one as well. Thank you. More

Well oiled machine Basney Honda is seems very professional and you can tell they believe in their product. The atmosphere is great. The freedom to test drive was also a big perk. The biggest negative I felt was the aftertaste of the experience with my sales guy. I had recently come from some church activities and the sales guy had asked about my church and we started a nice discussion. However, when I asked him about his faith, he shared he doesn’t believe in God anymore and believes in what Paul said “when I was a child, I spoke as a child.... but when I became a man, I put away childish things”. I personally believe folks should believe how they wish and I support him in his choice not to believe. However, quoting that scripture left a bad aftertaste that he believes I am childish for believing in God. I am not mad, sad, or frustrated at the guy. I believe it was innocent and not intentional. However, as a company owner, I don’t believe I would want a customer coming away feeling they are looked down upon as “childish” for believing in God while buying a van. More

Quick and no need for appointment We like basney’s way of doing business, customers matter. We drive an hour one way when we come to Basney to do anything and we have a Honda dealer 15 We like basney’s way of doing business, customers matter. We drive an hour one way when we come to Basney to do anything and we have a Honda dealer 15 minutes from our house. We’ve did lease one vehicle there and the next one we went back to hasn’t. There is no comparison between the two dealerships you are 5-6 levels higher the our local one. I just think they do Honda a dis-service with there dealership. I have to call and schedule an oil change and they said first opening was in 10 days- Wow! Thank You More
