BAD! I just bought this! Why wasnt new #in system, no return call on hatch prob. Ignored by Jay. Had to go thru several guys tlin service dept to get things done. Thank god i bought a warranty. I was told you bought used.this how you treat buyers of used vehicles? Still have some tire issues, hate to go back to them. Should have traded this car out for me. This all happened in 1st 2 weeks of purchase.held up for a week of getting muffler as they used old phone number.Very disappointed in this place an treatment. Brad in service only decent guy. Would never recommend to anyone..asked for carfax at beginning. Was given after i had signed. Set up technique i believe. Now supposedly in hands of Chip Basney. Been a week again no word. Terrible business dealings. All within first 3 weeks of purchase if you count week waiting for muffler to be replaced. Was told had parts next day but used old old number to contact me! Dont they update system when someone buys? Failed me as a customer the whole deal. So here is your survey you asked for. I doubt if any improvements will be seen. Pleasant experience at the dealership. Had to take my car in for a recall. Once they were able to get the parts it took about an hour to repair.
