We had a very good experience so far with the exception of there's something wrong with their key drop, Went over and above by replacing all the locks. Today I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. They also ran a computer check to see why my check engine light was on. They rotation. They did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. They also ran a computer check to see why my check engine light was on. They realized it was a mistake read in the computer and cleared the code at no cost. Basil Ford is the best dealership in western NY hands down. More
