The quick response initially was very appreciated. The issue started when I was told my vehicle was ready and it wasn’t detailed properly When I returned to pick it up a week after my ready call I was tr issue started when I was told my vehicle was ready and it wasn’t detailed properly When I returned to pick it up a week after my ready call I was truly disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle and the not detailed interior. I had to return the vehicle and complain about it then return again to repurchase the vehicle The sales manager and I were able to come to and agreement about the delivery condition and a solution to the problem. When we arrived, we still had to wait long periods of time, first outside in the rain, then after we test drove a car, inside, all together over 4 hours. This is during a COVID pandemic. Then, they refused to sell us a car. We were told it was because our car, which we were going to use in a trade-in, had too much money left on the loan. If we wanted to pay 2900 dollars up front, they would sell us a car that was 11000 dollars. ?? If we had 2900 dollars cash on-hand, we would have bought a car from a private dealer. OR we would have used it as a down payment right off... This was a TOTAL waste of time, especially during a pandemic. This should have all been taken care of ahead of time as we would not have even bothered. We had emailed and called many times back and forth beforehand and never got any straight answers, just "once you get here, the manager will help you," and I was told the bank had approved a loan for us before we left. VERY disappointed with this dealership. It is the worst experience we have ever had in buying a used car. Our credit is fair, we are not bad people, and all we wanted was a decent used car. This all should have been handled before we went for a test drive. Now, we are just hoping against hope we did not get COVID from test driving a car. MAKE sure you get answers before you go and do not be coaxed into going into the dealership to spend FOUR HOURS for nothing... More

Since I bought my vehicle from Basil, I've been bringing it there for service as well. Extremely friendly and looking to go out of the way make sure you are not inconvenienced at all. I am very satisfied with the dealership and the salesman I had. I viewed the vehicle on line. I made a appointment to test drive a couple of vehicles.
