Not personable does not do the checks they are supposed to do. I’ve had a lot of work done here including a motor replacement at my own expense not warranty work. He did not give me the checklist that I normally receive. Even when they were busy other advisers offered to mail it to me on other occasions. He just not want to do his job. More
