My appointment was at 845 am and waited 3 hrs for a oil change and check a leaky valve stem which I purchased in December and called them 3 times and no return phone call so when I took in to have oil chan change and check a leaky valve stem which I purchased in December and called them 3 times and no return phone call so when I took in to have oil changed I was told I had to pay for the valve stem and labor charge which was very unfair due to never getting a reply back from my salesman so it cost me $118.00 for their fault and not returning my phone calls..I called day I bought my car and was told it will reset on its own because tires were just put on well it didn't 3 more calls and no reply I kept putting air in tire at first thinking I ran over a nail but was a leaky valve stem from the day I bought it...they should be ashamed of themselves I won't ever buy there again More
