Our 2003 Ford Escape broke down on the way to an event at abot 5:00. We called and spoke with Scott who told us they were open until 6:00. We got a call about 9:30 letting us know what was wrong an dhow much it would cost. We also had owner advantage rewards that helped bring the price down.A new alternator and battery were put in and we had the car by th eend of the day. WE are very pleased with The Baldo service and employees and will continue to bring our cars there for service. More

Thursday, April 28th, I brought my 2008 Ford Edge in for an inspection and the 15000 mile maintenance schedule. The service writer, Dennis, was told the car was in for the 15000 mile maintenance even thoug an inspection and the 15000 mile maintenance schedule. The service writer, Dennis, was told the car was in for the 15000 mile maintenance even though the car had only 13375 miles on it. That schedule calls for the cabin air filter to be changed. When I got home and checked the paper work, I found that the cabin air filter was not changed. I was charged labor and parts for the inspection, oil and oil filter change and tire rotation. I immediately called service and talked to Scott who didn't understand what I was telling him, was rude and eventually hung up on me. I immediately called the dealership back and asked to talk to Frank the service manager, but I got Dennis who I proceeded to tell him that the cabin air filter was not changed. He told me that it was inspected and didn't need changing. I don't believe him since that requires a fair amount of labor to remove the glove compartment to get at the cabin air filter. I will tell you, however, that I did have a good experience previously with Frank and Pete in your body shop. More
