The other dealers we were at that day only cared about what we wanted our monthly payments to be and how much money we were putting down. They did not have the color I wanted so Tom Baldo said he would be happy to get one the color I wanted two days later i was driving my new car and couldn't be happier with the dealer i choose to buy it from!! What a great experience! The crew at Steve Baldo Ford has certainly set themselves apart from the stereotypical car dealership. The salesman I worked with was not pushy and knew the car I was looking at has certainly set themselves apart from the stereotypical car dealership. The salesman I worked with was not pushy and knew the car I was looking at better than any salesman I have ever dealt with. They found me exactically what I wanted, they gave me a great price, and $1000 more for my trade than anyone else was willing to offer. When everything was wrapped up, I was shocked that the manager, Matt got me better financing terms than my own credit union was offering. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, and this is by far the best experience that I have ever had! More
Our 2003 Ford Escape broke down on the way to an event at abot 5:00. We called and spoke with Scott who told us they were open until 6:00. We used the Ford emergency service and were able to get the car towed to the dealership by 5:50. Scott took all of our information and promiesed they would look at the car first thing in the morning. We got a call about 9:30 letting us know what was wrong an dhow much it would cost. We also had owner advantage rewards that helped bring the price down.A new alternator and battery were put in and we had the car by th eend of the day. WE are very pleased with The Baldo service and employees and will continue to bring our cars there for service. More
Thursday, April 28th, I brought my 2008 Ford Edge in for an inspection and the 15000 mile maintenance schedule. The service writer, Dennis, was told the car was in for the 15000 mile maintenance even thoug an inspection and the 15000 mile maintenance schedule. The service writer, Dennis, was told the car was in for the 15000 mile maintenance even though the car had only 13375 miles on it. That schedule calls for the cabin air filter to be changed. When I got home and checked the paper work, I found that the cabin air filter was not changed. I was charged labor and parts for the inspection, oil and oil filter change and tire rotation. I immediately called service and talked to Scott who didn't understand what I was telling him, was rude and eventually hung up on me. I immediately called the dealership back and asked to talk to Frank the service manager, but I got Dennis who I proceeded to tell him that the cabin air filter was not changed. He told me that it was inspected and didn't need changing. I don't believe him since that requires a fair amount of labor to remove the glove compartment to get at the cabin air filter. I will tell you, however, that I did have a good experience previously with Frank and Pete in your body shop. More
