What a great experience! The crew at Steve Baldo Ford has certainly set themselves apart from the stereotypical car dealership. Our 2003 Ford Escape broke down on the way to an event at abot 5:00. We called and spoke with Scott who told us they were open until 6:00. We got a call about 9:30 letting us know what was wrong an dhow much it would cost. We also had owner advantage rewards that helped bring the price down.A new alternator and battery were put in and we had the car by th eend of the day. WE are very pleased with The Baldo service and employees and will continue to bring our cars there for service. More
