Before choosing Steve Baldo Ford, i visited many other dealerships and the "dealers" themselves proved to be dishonest and disloyal especially to customer satisfaction. When i arranged an appointment with Derek, i honestly believed that he would be just another dealer on a lot looking for a quick sell... That was not the case, Derek made not only me, but the two people i was with, comfortable as well. Without pressure, he allowed me to search for a vehicle of my choice, and take it for a few test rides to ensure that was the vehicle i was going to be comfortable driving for the next few years.... Derek listened and found me the perfect car at a price I could afford. He did not waste my time with cars that I was not interested in. He is very friendly and knowledgable but not pushy. we will never go there again. Car failed inspection because of worn tie-rod ends and when my husband looked at them he found that not only were they not worn but had already been changed,it looked like because of worn tie-rod ends and when my husband looked at them he found that not only were they not worn but had already been changed,it looked like not long ago, we've had the car a year. And they sent our daughter off with a car with no inspection sticker on it, effectively removing her transportation from the road with us out of town. We payed over $130 to have a fuse replaced. We were in shock, they wanted $1000 to do the repair work which my husband did - and more - for less than $100. I left a message to make an appointment, it was never returned. I walked into the store to make an appointment and that was fine, friendly, but when we dropped the car off there was no record of all the info they had already been given, and drop off took way too long. We will never darken their door again. More
I went to Steve Baldo looking for a used car. I was greeted on the lot by Rich Ortiz who explained that they have all the prices on the car, which not all delearship do. We then sat down worked out a price and got the car a better price than I thought I would.It was really stress free and would definitely recommend Rich and the dealership. More
