My husband and I looked at many different SUV's; we decided to go with Ford, because it had all the amentaties that I was looking for, and Jason and Matt were willing to meet what we were seeking. As a women, at times, I feel it is easier for sales-men to take advantage of you, although Jason and Matt did not do that with what I wanted. From going from a small car to an SUV is an adjustment for me, although so far, I feel safe in my new escape, and I ultimately love it! Where I work, several people are looking for a new car, and I recommended the dealership, and they said that they would be interested in checking out Steve Baldo. My husband will be on the market for a new vehicle in a few years as well; we was dead set on a Subaru, and now his mind has changed! More
Arrived at this dealership on Monday and was allowed to look around before I was approached by Derek. He was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. I was called Tuesday afternoon to come in for a test drive in a car he found for me. He found the perfect car for me and I drove out of the dealership on Thursday with my car. I have told several people at work already what a great experience I had buying this car and would recommend them going to Steve Baldo Ford if they were in the market for a car. More
My Mercury rental car's trunk latch failed. The 1-800 number at Hertz was of no help. I stopped by Baldo Ford (across from the motel I was staying at) as I could not drive the vehicle with the trunk lid number at Hertz was of no help. I stopped by Baldo Ford (across from the motel I was staying at) as I could not drive the vehicle with the trunk lid popped up. Service Advisor Dennis Hillard and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the latch and had me on my way in 10 minutes. The fix was easy for them and they did not charge me for their time. The Service Department was wonderful. I called on a Monday and my truck had a service appointment on Tuesday. Frank explained what was wrong with the truck and how they were going to fix it. I was looking to purchase a used vehicle and found a couple at this dealer that was the body styles with the options in the price range that I was looking for. After getting more information for the vehicle that I was interested in we took it for a test ride and started to talk price and some of the concerns that I had with the vehicle. I was shown the price of the vehicle and made a counter offer and we came to an agreeable price for the vehicle. The issues that I had were completed and vehicle was delivered as promised. I went in to Steve Baldo Ford on a Thursday evening to look for a new car for myself with my sister, who had already leased 3 vehicles from the dealership. Jason was supposed to be leaving for the day bu look for a new car for myself with my sister, who had already leased 3 vehicles from the dealership. Jason was supposed to be leaving for the day but stayed to help me out. He was very easy to work with, answered all of the questions I had, and put me at ease with the whole process. I ended up leasing a new 2012 Fusion that evening and picked up my vehicle the next day. Jason and all of the other people I spoke with at the dealership were very friendly and I would recommend them anyone looking for a Ford. Thanks! More
