We knew what we wanted going in and Derek did whatever he had to do to find the vehicle that we were looking for. They did not have it on their lot, but went out of their way to locate one and brought it to had to do to find the vehicle that we were looking for. This was the worse car experience I ever had. My credit isn't perfect and I was treated poorly. They low balled my trade tried to force me to buy a employee loaner.
