Great buying experience! great service after the sale! I am always leary of car dealers, having had some bad experiences with overly aggressive salesman and sales managers. The atmosphere at Steve Baldo Ford was very different. My salesman, Bojan, was extremely knowledgeable and honest too! After a test drive, there was no pressure to buy right then (I never buy a car at the 1st visit). The same lack of pressure came from the sales manager (sorry I forgot his name!). The car was ready when I wanted it. Bojan was great to work with and I would recommend him, and the Steve Baldo dealership to anyone. UPDATE 5/5/14. I had a problem with the vehicle just 3 days after picking it up. The dealer had it towed in within an hour. It turned out not to be a problem with the vehicle, but with me ;). But the service department fixed it for me. Many dealers are great before you buy a car, but I think it's the service AFTER the sale that show what a dealer is really like. I will definitely recommend Steve Baldo Ford. More

Talk about a no hassle experience. I had an unusual situation with a trade in vehicle that was not owned by me that I needed to get a family member out from under. From Derek, to Bojan, & to Tom they u situation with a trade in vehicle that was not owned by me that I needed to get a family member out from under. From Derek, to Bojan, & to Tom they understood the situation, worked with me, & showed true compassion in helping me. They never pressured me or nagged about how much I was looking to spend on a payment each month. Just questioned on what I was interested in & what I wanted or needed in a vehicle. On my initial visit to the dealership I asked for Derek who was suggested by a friend. He was busy with a customer delivery but escaped long enough to introduce himself, apologize, and asked if another salesman could help until he was done. Apologize for what I am not sure because we went there without appointment. Oh wait that would be courteous to apologize. How often do we see that now a days! Bojan found a vehicle similar to want we were looking for so we could test drive it to see if it was to our liking. Bojan stayed with us showing us the features of the vehicle all while keeping an eye for his scheduled customer to arrive for a pick up. We took the vehicle for a test drive & upon our return Derek was now available. We spoke with Derek then about other features & options & he was willing to locate a vehicle with options we were looking for. We made an appointment for return visit for the result of his search for a vehicle that would meet our wants. No request for even a deposit for a show of good faith. In the past I have had salesman ask me for a deposit for a show of good faith even before a test drive. Imagine my astonishment with a dealer going to locate a vehicle for me without even seeking a good faith deposit. Needless to say on our return they had located a vehicle & we purchased it. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve Baldo Ford to anyone, we felt all the employees at Steve Baldo Ford realize without good customer service they would not have customers so where would they be then. This was a great experience. I met with Derek Young who was patient and accomodating. It was the first time I went throught a buying/leasing situation by myself and Derek made it an enjoyable and smooth ex was patient and accomodating. He is very well-versed, confident but never over-bearing or pushy which I appreciated. This was a great experience, I ended up leasing a Ford Escape which I absolutely love. The day I picked it up Derek went through the manual and explained all the functions of the car which was helpful. He took his time and never made me feel rushed. What a great salesperson he is. I have and will in the future recommend Derek Young and Steve Baldo Ford to others!!! More

Everyone I encountered was helpful, informative, professional and friendly. Everyone went the extra mile to make my experience great. From Leo Murphy in the Body-shop Dept. following my accident, in helping me make a claim to my insurance carrier, explaining the claims process and for giving me great guidance and advice. Mark Sisti at the Chevrolet Buick Cadillac dealership for finding me the exact car I wanted, a 2014 Chevy Malibu, for making the numbers work financially and for making the transaction convenient by having the vehicle transported to their Ford dealership, which is closer to my home. Mark has also been great in his continued follow up after the sale/lease, making sure that I'm happy and comfortable with my new vehicle. Finally, Derek Young, for providing excellent customer service during the test drive and delivery phases of my transaction. Although Derek Young works out of the Ford dealership, he has a great knowledge of other car lines and was able to show and explain the functions and hi-tech features of the 2014 Chevy Malibu and how to use them all. I would definitely recommend the Baldo dealerships. More
We worked with an amazing Sales Rep: Derek Young. Over the course of a few days and many questions, Derek was more than accommodating to every one of our questions. He made me feel like there was no press the course of a few days and many questions, Derek was more than accommodating to every one of our questions. He made me feel like there was no pressure at all. We really felt like he wanted to get us into a vehicle that we could not only afford but also enjoy. We ended up getting a great rate on our 2014 Ford Escape lease. This car really shows where Ford is heading and that's in a great, forward thinking direction. We (my wife and I) run a computer business and found that the technology in the car was so perfect for our road trips, allowing for us to charge our MacBook pros without ever having to stop. We loved everything about our experience and would recommend Derek to anyone! More
Took my truck to them for a simple misfire on a spark plug and on a totally different side of the engine and spark plug,.....................they have caused coolant to leak into engine. The service manager Robert (Bob) Chavanne and his team of scared employees in fear of losing thier jobs refuses to comment or talk about matter nor take responsibility for the matter. Chavanne refuses to talk to me personally and refused to call me at all like his service counter reps stated he would. When i filed a BBB complaint Chavanne tried to lie to cover his tracks and in doing so contradicted himself 4 to 5 times with false information. This guy couldn't even get the year of my truck correct. And to top it off, they caused damage to my vehicle and think that I should pay for the work they did. I'm currently speaking with different forms of counsel and looking into former issues that are current to mine. This is not the first time that Steve Baldo has tried to cause problems to make more money. Steve Baldo is still under the same ownership as previous Rainbow / Gambino Ford, same practices, same high rates, and same lies..................DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. HOW MANY TIMES DO PEOPLE HAVE TO SUE THESE GUYS BEFORE PEOPLE WILL STOP TAKING THEIR VEHICLE HERE OR UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO START BEING A TRUE HONEST DEALERSHIP. If I had known that it was the same guys running the show I would have never taken my vehicle there. These guys knew I was relocating the very next day to the west coast and took advantage of me. DO LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! STOP THIS CORPORATE MONSTER NOW! A year ago we stopped by the Dealership...had a few questions about our SYNC...this is when we met Derek Young, he answered all our questions and concerns, he did a great job getting us back on track. Derek was so nice and friendly...when we left that day we were very inpressed with Derek and decided we would like him to be our Salesman for our 2013 Lease. Needless to say, it was time to renew and we went to see Derek Young, at Steve Baldo Ford in Niagara Falls, NY...what a great experience, he did not pressure us into anything, he asked what we wanted in the car and found exactly what we wanted. The rebates and incentives were great...our payments are actually less than our previous Lease...now that's something to get excited about!!! Can't say enough about this Dealership, everyone we met was friendly, courteous and outgoing, making us feel comfortable...let me say again "You will not be pressured into buying something you do not want". We would definitely Lease here in the future! More
