Service of newly purchased vehicle I purchased a used vehicle from this location only three weeks ago. The vehicle itself is beautiful and the customer service provided by the finance m I purchased a used vehicle from this location only three weeks ago. The vehicle itself is beautiful and the customer service provided by the finance manager Matthew was excellent. Unfortunately after a few weeks, the vehicle needed to be brough in for service. The repairs were minimal and unexpected by both myself and the dealer as I needed a replacement battery. I was able to speak with the general manager Al Baldo that was able to ensure my service repairs on the vehicle were addressed efficiently. He also took the time to speak with me regarding my experience, and confirm I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I was so please with the process of purchase and service thus far. I would highly recommend this dealership! Thank you again. More

They were able to met my needs and able to get me the terms I wanted and the payment that fit my budget. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and I will be telling everyone I know. Staff needs more people skills I called Basil Ford for 1 week looking to speak to someone in the finance office abut my extended warranty. Matt in the finance office would never an I called Basil Ford for 1 week looking to speak to someone in the finance office abut my extended warranty. Matt in the finance office would never answer his phone or even return my calls. The same happened when I asked to talk to the sales manager (Wally). Final after a week, I spoke with both of them. They were unprofessional. Matt said that because my warranty was bought through Baldo Ford, (even though Bail Ford bought them out), he wouldn't help me & that I had to go directly to Ford. He gave me the phone # to call...and it was the wrong #. After talking to Ford, all Matt would have had to do was fax 2 papers to them for me. Basil Ford has lost a customer and I will definitely tell others about their poor customer service. More

They caused a brake leak I brought my car (07 crown vic) to dealership today to have a recall done on it for free (lower steering drive shaft). Now after they replaced the rec I brought my car (07 crown vic) to dealership today to have a recall done on it for free (lower steering drive shaft). Now after they replaced the recall part, I now have a brake leak that I didn't have before. How ironic that I have a new problem now. It drove fine prior to bringing it in. Now the brake line squirts out fluid. The pedal feels way different than before. I would of noticed the fluid leaking prior and would of fixed it. I called and spoke to the manager Bob and said they didn't cause the problem. I did have my ABS light on prior but that was from an unrelated incident (need new module box) I believe they caused the problem by bumping into a line when doing recall work. Now they will not fix the problem they caused. More

They do an excellent job showing the features of the vehicle you are interested in and providing a low pressure environment. They were very easy to work with on numbers too, they really take the pain out of new car buying! The salesman followed through and delivered on everything they said they would. My wife and I are very happy with Baldo's and will be back for sure when our lease is over! More

Derrick Young has never made us feel like anything but a valued customer, and we truly believe he works in our best interest. There have been glitches with the service dept , and he has offered to step in and help in anyway he can. The time he devoted to us in our most recent selection enforces the fact that he wants his customer to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend you talk specifically to Derrick, I doubt he will disappoint. More

The dealership is not flashy and high tech, they seem to be very low key and customer oriented. Our salesman Derek Young was one of the deciding factors to us purchasing from Steve Baldo Ford. Derek KNOWS his product line which made our decision to lease the Ford Edge much easier. We definitely took our time and visited several dealerships - this was not an impulse buy. Derek went above and beyond our expectations! He took his time, answered questions, and did not pressure us in any way. Pick up was smooth and actually fun. Derek went through the entire vehicle with us and left me very happy with our choice. Not only would I buy another Ford, but I would not hesitate to recommend Steve Baldo Ford, especially DEREK YOUNG. He was by far, the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. More
