Tried to make a deal without my truck involved and expressed this to the sales agent so then they did the deal with my pickup in the deal then gave me the price and as I said I was the dummy. So then I wanted to pay them what they gave me for the truck. THEY WOULD NOT DO IT. Then sold it for less money WTH is up with that I am so not doing business with them again EVER. Cant wait till lease is done. They will have to buy me a house on Park Place for me to do business again with them OH wait PARK PLACE (No Thanks) More

When we took it to get serviced checked they had it for at least 7 days the first time and when we picked it up the head rest was gone . We told the sales manager( who was so rude and disrespectful to my husband who was tying to work with them) and he said they would order a new one and never did and we have called 3 times about this . Still have no clue if they order us a new one. We will be addressing this with our lawyer and find out our options because we want nothing to do this Basil ford ever again. We have purchased numerous cars before and have never had such a horrible experience. My husband works shift work and is barely home to spend time with our kids and this month he has spent almost every day off he has had dealing with the problems from this. More

On a recent visit to Basil Ford to have a tire replaced while on vacation (from Indiana) my wife and I sat in the showroom for 1-1.5 hr while our tire replacement was being taken care of. During this time, not 1 sales person had the common courtesy to come over and ask if there was anything that we needed or could they help. The dealership also had a new 2018 Shelby GT350, a signature performance vehicle, (front splitter not installed) sitting in the corner collecting dust. If this is an example of how this dealership treats its customer and cars, I would not recommend this dealership to individuals look to purchase a new Ford as their next vehicle. More
Poor customer service I had an appointment for Tuesday at 9:30 for an air bag replacement. Was told it was a 2 hour job. Poor Customer Service - Top to bottom Contacted dealership 4 weeks after purchase to ask why title and registration not received. Was told that they "were meaning to contact me regarding Contacted dealership 4 weeks after purchase to ask why title and registration not received. Was told that they "were meaning to contact me regarding issues with the name(s) on the insurance policy not matching the registration application". After resolving, was promised that new registration would be received prior to the expiration of the temporary. Called 2 days prior to expiration and was told that an extension was filed and we should place a line through the DMV temporary registration date and write in a new date. I requested evidence of the extension to support modifying a state form. NEVER RECEIVED. Called next day and was told that the registration would be hand delivered. NEVER DELIVERED. Spoke with Sales Manager (Scott Delacy) who explained it was his decision to NOT hand deliver. No call was ever made to notify us. Scott said he would send next the new registration next day (already expired). Vehicle was not driven for the 3 days following expiration. Sales manager stated "it's not our fault you decided not to drive the vehicle". Poor from top to bottom. More

Took it in in the morning was never called. I called at 2:00 p.m. with no word as to what is going on -my call was sent to answering machine . After calling and complaining to the girl that answers the phone she put me on hold and walked over to service . I finally got a call 3:30 telling me they have to send it out for because they can't tell me what's wrong with it. More

Great Service! Casey was wonderful and extremely helpful!!! The Service Team had my truck for 1 day and kept me well informed of what was going on. They listened to me and what problem I needed addressed and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed properly. If you need a Service Team that is going to honestly take care of your vehicle and not scam you, bring your vehicle here!! To all of my fellow woman out there, you should feel confident bringing your vehicle here without the worry of being scammed simply because you are a woman (as we would like to think this doesn't happen anymore in today's day, unfortunately it still does at some Dealerships). They were extremely respectful and professional! 5 stars for Basil Ford of NF! Thank you for taking care of my truck!! More

Strike 1 - would not shuttle me to my work place in Kenmore, when the throttle body left my new Ford Fusion useless on the thruway. Strike 2 - salesman tried to "upgrade" me to a Ford Focus for $28,000- lol. Strike 3 - call Chris from service twice to set an appt for yet another recall, and still no call back (2 months now). Sorry, strike 4 - had an appt at 2:00 to finance my lease and they made me wait 40 min before I decided to walk out, my time is important to me. Basil needs to work on their customer service, never will I ever go to this dealership again. So disappointing. More
