Awesome Experience My wife and I had been looking for a four wheel drive vehicle to pull our boat with. We were so turned off by some of the dealers not being completely honest. We were almost ready to quit looking when I noticed Barts Car Store on an internet search. We went and were pleasantly surprised. Josh and Dylan worked with us,I asked them for honesty and they truly were honest with us. Treated us like we were special,answered all our questions and walked us through the process of buying a wonderful Ford Explorer. My wife and I agreed we will be returning again,our search for an honest dealer is over.We found that in Barts Car store, Columbia City. We give it an excellant rating and reccomend Barts to others. Unprofessional They made a deal with me that they would fix an oil leak before they sold me the jeep I bought. They replaced one part and said it was fixed. They didn't clean off the old oil from the gasket pan to even make sure that the leak was fixed. They didn't drive it around either because when I got home it was still leaking. I tried to contact the sales man who sold me the jeep for over a month. I finally got ahold of them and they weren't going to refund me the money I had to pay to get the oil leak fixed. I had to tell them I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau for them to refund me my money. The manager was very rude and unprofessional on the phone, who later apologized. I am not impressed on how they manage there business. More

Beware of shady sales guys I spoke with Brandon about a truck they had in stock he told me that he could get the price to very close to 25k out the door. I called him out on his lie and he just kinda laughed it off. More

Wouldn't recommend Went and bought a truck on the 22nd. They told us everything was fine with the loan. We signed the paperwork and off we went with the truck. 16 days l Went and bought a truck on the 22nd. They told us everything was fine with the loan. We signed the paperwork and off we went with the truck. 16 days later we get a call saying we have to bring the truck back because the loan didn't go through. Now I called and talked to the guys at barts and asked them about a denial letter I had gotten from the bank they said we were financed through. They assured me it was a fluke and everything was fine. Fast forward to the day they called. It was a real denial letter and instead of telling us 9 days before that that bank was done with us, they continued to pull our credit and try to get us approved through other banks. Long story short, I have about 16 hits on my credit from barts and I ended up having to go with a higher payment and interest rate just to keep the truck. Why not just give them the truck and find another one, you ask? Well I would but since I trusted what they told me about everything being good, I put around $1000 into the truck to get it to work for what I need it for. If I gave it back, I would lose all that money. On top of that, R&B car company, who I bought another truck from just a couple weeks ago, doesn't have a big enough truck to fit my needs. Now, if you want to deal with people who are fair and upfront, head down to R&B car company right down the road from barts. They will take care of you. Ask for David. More
