We did not receive our title after Chris said it would take 7-10 days to get. It has now been 31 days since then. They want us to drive to get more paper work, as the title was not sent in from the previo take 7-10 days to get. It has now been 31 days since then. We did not make a mistake, they did. Now, we will also have to pay late fees for the title and that is not right. Also when we noticed it had been 25 days, we were at Anderson and I called Chris to see if we should go there to get more paper work or a paper plate and he said no, that we would receive something 2 days later. He also said he would call me that morning, I received no phone call from him. We live 3 hours from Fort Wayne and 1 1/2 hours from Anderson. This has been a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Chris told us last evening that they would bring us some paper work and no one ever showed up. He says one thing then never goes through with it.
