Professionalism with no hype, Mahdy was good for his word. I found my '16 Jeep Patriot through an internet search, but Mahdy met me at the door, and became my salesperson. I think NOT!!!! Make sure to read this whole review!!! I purchased 2 brand new Jeeps on January 9, 2018. On February 10th the radio/computer system stopped working on my car and on February 11th the same thing happened in my son's car. Naturally, I took them both back first thing Monday morning for service. They called me at 1 p.m. to say NOTHING is wrong with the cars and to come get them. When I returned to the service department to pick up my cars, I was told there was no problem with the cars. I told Frank, in service, that I was sure I'd see him again shortly. I began driving home and the same thing happened, so this time I video taped it. I turned right back around and brought the car back in. Frank said, " I'm not sure what you want me to do with this video." and walked to the back. He comes back to me a few minutes later saying he received an email that Chrylser had a glitch. He then said, "Can't help you. Here are your keys." No explanation, No attempt to find out more information, just a RUDE dismissal. I left and called REEDMAN-TOLL. They could not have been NICER!!! The lady on the phone explained what was going on and even took my information and promised to get back to me as soon as she had an answer. My advice to anyone is NEVER step foot in BARBERA. They are the WORST!!!!! More
