One of the worst things I did in my life was buy a car from this place!! Sales rep stated there is nothing wrong with this car "I guarantee it, we go over these with a fine tooth comb". Well.. after feeling some clunking in the front end I noticed the whole underneath was smashed. When I went to confront them they said, oh well... we bought it from another dealer and they said they checked it out!!!! What??? so you dont check the cars you buy? you just throw them on the lot?? My mechanic said this wouldnt even pass inspection.. ugh. what a pain in the a**! Also, they stinking drill right into your xxxx bumper for their stupid license plate logo..Thanks for ruining a perfectly fine bumper... idiots Never again. More
Stay far away from the dealership, I mean stealership. I brought my Jeep there three seperate times for the same problem, and they still could not fit it. On top of it all, they took off my custom license brought my Jeep there three seperate times for the same problem, and they still could not fit it. On top of it all, they took off my custom license plate holder, which I paid extra for elsewhere, and put on an ugly Gary Barbara license plate. Like I would advertise such a terrible place! Plus the put holes in my bumper to mount their stupid front license plate. When I asked them, they did not even say they were sorry! I cannot state how far you need to stay away from this place. Never trust them to do anything right the first time! More
I just purchased the chrysler 200 at the all new Barbera's on the boulevard! I walked in Saturday without my husband and I was helped right away. I have been a barbera customer for a quite a few years and bought 3 cars there, i had my 07 liberty in for service recently because 2 of my windows stopped working,(this had happenened twice before), the and bought 3 cars there, i had my 07 liberty in for service recently because 2 of my windows stopped working,(this had happenened twice before), they told me there was a new repair to take care of the window problem and it would be no charge because jeep extended coverage.i also had a couple of other things taken care of. hector took great care of me and made the experience awesome, I highly recommend barbera service to anyone. great job, keep up the good work. thank you sean miller More

My neighborhood mechanic, with 42 years experience, told me he traced the problem back to a "controler module" of some sort that controls the cars electronics. He told me it was proprietory and would have to go to a dealership to get fixed. I told them I was only going there for the headlight and an oil change that was due. Much to my shock I was told of the critical front end problems that would have to be addressed since I could have a catastrophe if I drove it without the repairs. I needed to have the car since my job depends on it. Much to my surprise and anger, when I went to get it my bill was over $1400 AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE HEADLIGHT!!!! When I went back to my mechanic and showed him the bill he just kept shaking his head and saying "Wow". More
