He was patient and eager to work with me to ensure I drove away that day with a new car, even with my credit problems. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a jeep to come in and ask for craig. The internet representative told me that they would meet my price using rebates and incentives. After driving over an hour I was offered the jeep for double the price and was offered almost 3,000 less for my trade in. Salesman at Barbara offered no alternatives or models. I drove out to Royerfsord TriCounty Jeep in Montgery county and made a deal with Adam, for the price I was willng to pay for the same model jeep. More
Bought A Used 2015 Low Mileage Jeep With Check Engine Issues I bought a 2015 Jeep Rubicon with only 13,000 miles at their full price. I didn't ask for less because I thought it was somewhat reasonably priced. LESS then 24 hours later... check engine light came on. I work at a body shop so we diagnosed that it had a cylinder 5 misfire. Told Barbera the issue; had to drive 2 hours for them to supposedly change the coil and spark plug. Drove the 2 hours back, within just 48 hours CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AGAIN! How can you sell a car that they told me they "inspected before selling it' with the check engine light coming on every 70 miles? Greedy dealership that's how! Hopefully they will get the problem fixed because I really do like the car but we will see. They seem to keep lying to me so my guess is it's more then just the coils & spark plugs & they know the real issue. Spend the money and inspect your cars & do NOT try to clear out the check engine light because it will come back on and your customers will be pissed.. just like me! Good luck buying from them. More

I've done business with Barbera in the past and have recommended to others to purchase from you due to my pleasant experiences. However I gave my range of what I wanted to spend, I was assured that I can leave with a new to me car. Then was given a price 6000 over the internet price which was also about 8000 over what I wanted to spend. Then was snickered at when the salesman asked why I thought I could get that car for that price. So unfortunately I left without a car but, wanted to thank you for the way that experience went. With that being said it allowed me to thoroughly enjoyed my experience of buying a car today, from another dealership. I was able to get a similar car that I was looking for with a little more miles but still below average with a 3 year extended premium warranty in the price range I was looking to spend. Thank you again. Now I have a new dealership to recommend to friends and family, Dumphy Ford. I was never more happy to spend $11,000 in cash especially since I was willing to spend 13k-14k in cash at Barbara but that wasn't good enough for one of your vehicles. You should be happy to know that I will be giving Barbera credit for my outstanding car buying experience at Dumphy Ford. More
Unexpected and exciting Aaron Wilkerson; a respectable and professional looking guy. When i first interred into the dealer I was a bit hesitant, concern even about what to expect. Me and my father came in and it looks like and auction was going on in there, we were professionally greeted and if I remember correctly we were asked what are business was (not word for word but a sum up). We tould them we were looking for a car so they sat us down and we waited for someone to assist us. Im sure they knew we would be there for a while because they were giving out complimentary refreshments, I'll admit I was a bit hungry but I was trying to keep my business composure, so I refused each time. A few minutes passed and one of the managers came over to try and help us with a car or a deal. I will say for the first few minutes it got a bit hot and nervousness started to settle in. My father knows the world of business and can tell when someone is after your money not custamer services. But to be honest i dont blame him we're all in this world to work not give out free grants because when you give out free hands there's a possible chance you lose money and that could be on your end. So. My dad and ome of the managers go back and forth, trying to test each other to see how to handle the situation, meanwhile im sitting her "thinking im never going to get a car". So a few more minuts pass and they finally settle down, the manager left to handl some paperwork a few more minutes pass and the manager comes back with some else; Aaron Wilkerson, At first where here thinking this place is giving us the runaround because when we first started thinking about getting a car at Barbera we were led to believe we we are going to be assisted by someone we talked to over the phone, then when we came into the dealer we were introduced by someone else one of the managers so you can imagine our distraught when someone who we talk to over the phone which led us to believe that he or she would assist us only to find out that was not the case and thats why my father and one of the managers we're going back and forth... we startled easily. So after my father and one of the managers settle down and stop trying to see which one had the bigger ruler that was when they switched up on us again. We met Aaron Wilkerson, it was at this point we were upset livid even and ready to choose a different dealer. But Aaron was able to settle our spirits, bespoke only the truth and got on a level with us, and told us not what we wanted to hear but what we needed to hear I'm not going to get too far into the details but long story short I was a bit afraid that I wasn't going to get a vehicle because I had no credit to speak of. I was basically a ghost, Off the Grid, that mission impossible life. They kept coming back asking me "oh how is your last name spelled", or "does your first name have any Dashes", or "what was my birthday". Even though it was on the paper. It was at this point I was ready to give up I was ready to throw in the towel ready to take the bus to work forever. Then Aaron Wilkerson saved the day, swooped in with a cape and everything. He got me into a car it's funny too because it was the first car ever got it meaning in terms of trying to look for one testing. I said in that car and said this is it this is the one it's a car that has great mileage that is fuel efficient and low key at the same time. It was big enough that would suggest I'm not a daffodil also small enough to fit my size call it a pair of fitted pants, call it tailored just right. I got the car I was looking for and at a low and reasonable cost. I just want to say thank you for giving me a far one and treating me with respect. Not a lot of dealers can mix business and respect and have everyone come out happy. "The Worlds Famous Barbera on the Boulevard". My family is big with lots of connection more business will come your way and that's a promise. More
