While your employees were professional and elicited a return customer, my vehicle repair experience was the worst of my life dating back to 1986 when I bought my first car. None of this was from your dealership, it is 100% corporate Jeep, do not take my word for it, ask the service manager Wesley. Look up my case, all in service will remember it. I all but begged Jeep to make it right, take accountability for their failed product, and they did not so much as offer an apology. My wife and I are traumatized by this overall experience still to this day. The result is while I have owned three Chrysler and Dodge’s, my wife’s Jeep was the first and will be the last I ever buy. Again, corporate never even offered an apology and made us wait for approximately 80 days for an answer whether or not they would cover any of the repairs. More
Customer service was excellent! Everyone was so nice! I was given the option to wait for my truck or they would Uber me home and back to the dealership for free! I opted to wait. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! ! I have been here twice. The first time, I spent $1200 on recommended service. They didnt evaluate the warning lights that were displayed, causing me ! They didnt evaluate the warning lights that were displayed, causing me to have to return, to spend $400 more dollars, and still didnt properly inspect my brakes/tires. My calipers are too tight, causing my brakes to overheat and after $1600, they failed to even do their job. Avoid them and seek another dealership. They want your money but dont want to do their part and its sad. More

Failed inspection on my windshield wipers even though they are fairly new. I went back home to wash my car and took it back and they passed. What a joke. Also had to reschedule a recall 3 times because t they are fairly new. I went back home to wash my car and took it back and they passed. What a joke.
