I originally mad a purchase of an 2013 Volkswagen with 109,000 miles on it. I drove a loaner vehicle for an month and only got to drive my purchased vehicle for 2 days. It had a lot of problems with the vehicle which was out of my control and Casey's customer service on how they handled everything was horrible. The day before that I purchased with Bernard I had went to Casey's, got my money back of 500.00 down payment, then gave them back their loaner vehicle. I also go out of my contract with them.
