I brought my car (which is a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid) because of a check engine light. Ms. Givens greeted me when I came in, and I told her I would wait while the diagnosed the problem. After an hour or so, and she told me the problem was a bad 12-volt battery and assured me that a replacement battery was in stock, and they could install it in about an hour. After about an hour, the car was ready. More

In my experience I will no longer be using this facility to service my vehicle, there is a lack of communication with the customer and I should not have to continue to bring my vehicle back on several occas to service my vehicle, there is a lack of communication with the customer and I should not have to continue to bring my vehicle back on several occasions after having my vehicle serviced to have the same problem fixed again because someone didn't get it right the first time.
