I went to Bald Hill Dodge knowing exactly what I wanted. As soon as I stepped out of the car I was given a few moments to look and Mike came up and asked how we were doing. He greeted us with a warm smile and kind gestures. He took me to the area of the vehicle that I was looking for and apologized that they did not carry the edition that I was seeking. It did not stop him from getting me what I wanted. He asked me to go inside so he could find the dealer that had my "perfect car" and he found it in just a few short moments later. I told him how much I wanted in payments and he agreed that the payments would not be a problem. Mike took care of everything for me. I did nothing but sit back and wait. The SUV was delivered several days later with no miles (must of been towed) and sparkling clean. Bald Hill Dodge was the best dealership that I have ever been to and I will go back there again in the future for my husbands truck in a few years! THIS DEALERSHIP IS TOP NOTCH AND HAS GREAT FIVE STAR QUALITY!!!!! Great Job Mike! I'm another happy customer and I will recommend everybody to go see you! More
We have been on the car hunt for nearly 5 months for our first brand new car purchase. We have driven nearly every vehicle in the compact SUV market. We have made offers on several vehicles at other dealerships but have walked away as the deal did not feel right or the price was too high compared to Kelley Blue Book. Our relationship started with Bald Hill Dodge with the internet sales manager Rachel, who took the time to figure out what I wanted. She emailed me stickers saving us valuable time and we were able to compare prices to KBB. She also provided fast responses - the fastest compared to other dealers. We made an appointment to test drive and Mike the salesman jumped through all of the hoops we put him through, including lining up the vehicles front to back so that I could compare colors. We have looked at other Jeeps at other dealerships, but Mike was the first salesman to explain the 4X4 to us. Much to our surprise, they made a realistic offer that matched exactly what we were willing to pay. There was no haggling as we experienced with other dealers. They didn't run a credit check on us prior to setting the price of the vehicle as other dealers do. We watched TV while the paperwork was prepared and drove home in our brand new Jeep Patriot. We never felt like this dealership was trying to "pull one over" on us. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here. More

Best dealership I have ever been to, by far. I would highly recomend them to friends ,family and strangers and I would honestly feel like I steered them in the best direction. They are the only place I would look to buy from again. They also have a great maintainence center and I would never bring my vehicle anywhere else. Having an idea of what i wanted, Frank helped me stay with the plan that best suited me and did not try to lead me in any other direction. After not having the make and style that i wanted in stock, Frank searched a 500 mile radius to find my vehicle. Frank had worked on this for over a week and kept in touch with me throughout the process.He located my truck and we agreed on a deal. After all his hard work he went above and beyond one day when my old truck would not start in the parking lot.Frank waited for AAA with me and then gave me a ride home. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I also wanted to thank Steve the manager for all his hard work as well. Together they made my experience worth writing about. Thanks again, Greg D. I had a very bad experience with a dealer in my area. Emailed Rachel and she handled everything just great. I was then handed over to Louie who also did a great job. On 04-08-11 I called about a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT, Rachel answered the phone advising she was with the internet sales. The price was at 37,9xx. I told her about a Fuscha colored SRT at another dealers Rachel answered the phone advising she was with the internet sales. The price was at 37,9xx. I told her about a Fuscha colored SRT at another dealership for 35xxx. She advised she would talk with the sales manager and got back to me with a figure of 35,99x. The dealership later changed their listing on the internet to this price. I then countered with an offer of 34,000. She advised she would check back with the manager and when she got back to me she advised he would split the difference and go 34,99x. I then countered with an offer of 34,500. She advised that she would have to check with him but advised this was a great offer and asked if I wanted to hold the car with a credit card. I advised her to see the manager and ask him about the offer first. She called back and advised he had left for the day. I asked what time they would open tomorrow (04-09-11). She advised 9:00 am. I advised I would call back tomorrow. On 04-09-11 I called back and she advised he would not accept that offer (34,500). I advised okay then I would take the vehicle for 34,9xx. She advised that she would tell him of this. I questioned what do you mean that was the offer he made yesterday. She advised she would still have to tell him of this and have to now get back to me. I then after an hour called them back and was advised the offer now was back at 35,99x. I told her this was lousy business and I wanted to speak with the sales manager who she advised was Steve. He advised oh Rachel is new and I never okayed the offer of 34,9xx. That vehicle is a great deal at the 35,9xx and the boss would never okay my selling it at that price. I have always been buying Dodge products....although never at this dealership. I have had some shady deal offers at different dealerships but this always involved poor offers on trades. I have NEVER had a sales person make an offer and then lie to back out of it-as i write this I can't believe this was done . I think because the weather for the day is good he was anticipating more sales oportunities for the day. Keep in mind this was going to be a straight sale so there was no variable of a trade. With this kind of experience I would NOT do business with this dealership. More
I visited 4 dealers while searching for this car, and none was even close in service, follow up, knowledge and attitude. Bald Hill is definately on top of their game. I was greeting with a smile every visit and every phone call! They knew what I was looking for and called me to let me know they found me a used car that would fit my budget.
