Such a pleasant experience! Thank you! When we got to Bald Hill Dodge, we spent the first few minutes on our own, walking in the lot looking at the new cars. After a few minutes, I noticed a salesman in the distance, making his way over. I turned to my husband and said, "Here we go." So this young man makes his way over introducing himself and telling us a bit about the vehicle. His name was Bobby. (Bobby Mudge) I have to say, we liked him right away. We let him know up front that we had 2 cars in mind and one of them was next door at the Kia Dealership. Even though he knew he couldn't sell us a Kia, he was very respectful of this and once he told us a bit about the car we were looking at, we walked over to the Kia dealership. (I'll reserve any comments for the "Kia Dealership" review page) Anyway, as promised, Bobby did call us and as he also promised, he had an amazing price for the car we went to look at over at his dealership. We agreed to come back and test drive it. When we arrived at the dealership, Bob had the car up at the front of the dealership, running, a/c on and ready to roll. I can't say enough about Bobby Mudge, he really is exceptional. He really makes you feel as though you are his main priority and no other customers exist. He goes above and beyond, always making sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was very pleasant. He's a true professional. With a guy like Bobby Mudge representing their dealership, Bald Hill Dodge is lucky to have him! Gary & Krista More

Now, when I want to buy a car, I get most of the dirty work out of the way online first, before I even consider wasting my time at a dealer (like Metro - worst dealership ever). David V was really helpful in getting me the info I wanted and locating the vehicle I was looking for, and Mike Mardo was great to work with for the rest. He was very friendly and he knew the answers to the questions I had. The whole experience was relatively no hassle, which is huge for me. All in all Bald Hill was a good experience and I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new Jeep. More
New Jeep purchase My wife and I went to Bald Hill Jeep to look at the new Jeep Cherokee for her. It was a busy day there and were handed off to Bobby to help us out. I My wife and I went to Bald Hill Jeep to look at the new Jeep Cherokee for her. It was a busy day there and were handed off to Bobby to help us out. I have to say we love the guy. In the end, we bought the car there in large part because of him. The whole sales experience was actually enjoyable. We were given a fair enough trade allowance, and the options and price she wanted were met quickly and painlessly. They made some modifications to a vehicle in the showroom and had it ready a day earlier than we expected. It was the end of their business day when we went in to pick it up (technically closed before we were done), and yet Bobby made sure that everything was all set from our insurance card he had rush emailed from our agent, to syncing our phones and answering any questions we had. Professional, no pressure, and knowledgeable. My lease is up in 6 months, and without hesitation I'll be going to Bobby. More

AGAIN ... Great Service! I just went in for an oil change ... their "ExpressLane" is a great convenience! I always get great service, but today's was exceptional! The employee who helped me (Serv Adv A60) was super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and QUICK! While she was helping me, she had to step away for a second ... as I was standing there waiting for her to return, another employee noticed me at the counter and came in from the garage to make sure I was being helped. This is the type of customer service that sets this dealership apart from the rest. I have been buying / servicing cars for years ... the experience I receive from Bald Hill Jeep you don't get just anywhere. The only thing they're missing is a complimentary car wash. Are they the cheapest in RI? I don't know, and honestly don't care. Need a new or used vehicle? Need service? Go to Bald Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep! More

Great car and dealership, but tough registration. I bought a car here in March. The dealership itself if very nice. They even have a small area for kids to play. I worked with Bill Bent and he was very helpful in the buying process. My husband and I had to come back at a later date to sign all the paperwork. Since we are a military family from CT, there was extra paperwork to get certain fees waived. We were issued a temporary plate that was set to expire on 4-14-14. Apparently, the paperwork we brought in was not enough for the registration, and Bill contacted my husband nearly 2 weeks later with very little time left on the temporary plate. Our temporary plate officially expired and we were contacted again about other fees that weren't covered. That may not have been the fault of Bill or the dealership, but it would have been nice if they had known ahead of time what was covered and what was not. However, most people would not have that issue. After our plate expired, my husband was told to put our new plates on even though we did not have the registration in hand. The only negative part of this dealership is the registration. Bill himself was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I would absolutely use them again. I will just make sure that they have copies of everything before I leave with the vehicle next time. More

Salesman did not explain anything about the vehicle, but only rushed me to his desk to draw up a sales agreement. I have a show vehicle which was the lead vehicle in the motorcade in Lansing, Michigan at the 100th Anniversary Oldsmobile Celebration in 1997. One would think that I might be driving the 2013 Dodge Challenger too fast. In addition to this, Bald Hill Dodge did not honor the $25.00 gift card I was to receive upon test driving the vehicle. I purchased a new 2013 Dodge Challenger Sxt Plus elsewhere, with more options, and at a much lower price. Beware of the snakes in the grass. By the way, the salesman rode with me for the test drive, apparently feeling that I was not able to drive alone. I only drove to Bald Hill Dodge with my show vehicle, and parked at the front door. When I purchased at another Dodge dealer, the salesman said, "Here's the keys, take the car for a ride". They placed plates on the vehicle and moved back inside. No cares, or worries as to how I may treat the vehicle. "Trust" is the key word which Bald Hill Dodge doesn't have in their vocabulary. I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle on the highway. Furthermore, the online code was retrieved for the $25.00 gift certificate and presented to the sales associate. No matter how you perceive this to be, Bald Hill lied flat out. May Yahweh bless you. I have brought my 2013 dodge dart in for service. It has never been fixed. My power windows don't work correctly, sometimes I loose gears and have no first or second gear. Every time I brought it in they said it is fine and send me on my way. They can not fix a problem. They don't call you when they order a part to tell you when in comes in.
