The worst of the worst. .I bought a 2105 grand Cherokee limited from them in 2015.since then I have to have 2 cylinders replaced, radiator, oil pump, the motors for windshiel .I bought a 2105 grand Cherokee limited from them in 2015.since then I have to have 2 cylinders replaced, radiator, oil pump, the motors for windshield fluid are broken, and it leaks..they were no help so had to bring it to another dealership..this time I had to bro g it in because it’s stuck in 4 wheel drive, made an appt for 9:30 am Friday morning, called twice to get an update..Jessie said he would Call me back, didn’t hear from him till Saturday.. I was then told that the part needed wouldn’t be in for a week, and will be fixed week from Monday. Call Today and told part not in yet, should be done this week and got an attitude about it..left message for any manager to call me back, not holding my breath..go somewhere else. More

I bought a new 2022 ram 2500 truck and was happy with my purchase only thing wasn't right was the radio and that was from the first day i took it home call it in for service they said it was an update ok fi purchase only thing wasn't right was the radio and that was from the first day i took it home call it in for service they said it was an update ok fine they kept my truck for two days i got it back the same day same problem so to make a long story short it started in January and now here it is november still im having the same problems is been in for service 8 times for the same problem now you must think the radio come on but yes the radio controls everything its the main hub. Now they have blown me off even the sales manager told me to do what i have to do when i told him they sold me a lemon YES I said a LEMON!!! Im in the process of working with the dealers association and the state of RI and even the turn to ten news so if anybody is thinking about buying a vehicle from them think about how they left me with a 2022 junk LEMON i will never buy from them again or let anybody i know buy from them ever!!!!!! if i could give you no stars i would More

I stumbled across a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Ram 2500 at Bald Hill and called to inquire about it. Derek answered and off we went! He was fantastic and very knowledgable about Ram HD trucks, but also cars in general. After the test drive I now know he is a certified Car Nut. We were on a relatively tight schedule and wanted to get 80% of the deal done before driving to the dealership, as it is 45 minutes away. Derek had everything ready to go and we had already settled the trade in negotiations via email and pictures. Bald Hill had the truck priced very very close to true market dealer retail value. The whole transaction and experience was relatively seamless. There was absolutely no 6 hours at the dealership getting worn down. For those in CT they handle CT registration in house and it does take a while but much smoother than the CT DMV. Bald Hill came very highly recommended from more than a few Navy buddies. I have to say they certainly met expectations. I will return for sure. More
