Bill Gorton and Bald Hill get two thumbs way up I knew since December 2016 that my lease on my 2014 Wrangler was coming to an end in March 2017. I go to law school in DC, but my mom lives in Rhode I I knew since December 2016 that my lease on my 2014 Wrangler was coming to an end in March 2017. I go to law school in DC, but my mom lives in Rhode Island and the lease was in her name. The plan was to lease another new Wrangler while I was home in RI over Christmas break, but things did not go exactly according to plan. However, while my mom and I were looking around at Bald Hill in December, we met Bill Gorton who turned out to be our Jeep Guy. We knew that I would have to make a trip back to RI in March when my old lease ended (because my mom's name also needed to be on the new lease - thank God for moms) and my mom and I managed to get Bill to agree to be our salesman when I made my March return trip (handling the two of us together is no easy task, and Bill was up for the job). In December we all exchanged numbers and penciled in the exact day and time that my mom and I would return to the dealership to trade in the older Wrangler for a new one. Sure enough, three months later at 9:00am sharp (as exactly as planned) Bill was prepared for us and had already ran numbers on several of the Wranglers that he knew I would be interested in (had to be a 2 door in order to fit in my parking spot in DC, had to be a Sport because I couldn't afford a fancier model, couldn't be silver because that was the color of my old Wrangler, had to be an automatic because I hate driving standard, and the list goes on) and Bill worked his magic - with a smile and a great sense of humor - and was actually able to send me on my way in a brand new 2017 black, 2 door, Wrangler Sport with a three and a half year lease. I can't say enough wonderful things about Bill, and the dealership as a whole was great too. I knew that nobody was trying to con my mom or me out of any money, and I knew that everyone had our best interests in mind. Everyone was completely up front and listened to exactly what my mom and I wanted. Since Wranglers are so popular it was also awesome to see a selection of them, instead of just one or two options (there were at least six different 2 doors on the lot, which I was really impressed by!) All in all, I recommend Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, but even more so I recommend Bill Gorton, without whom I would not be driving around in a super sleek new Wrangler that met every single ridiculous requirement I had. More

I was hesitant to shop for a new car just based on past experiences but I took a chance on Bald Hill and I am glad I did. From the very first time I walked into the dealership I never felt pressured. I dealt with Lou Ruggeri who was fantastic. He knew the product inside and out, he was able to answer all of my questions, and helped me to think about options that I wouldn't have been able to on my own. He was very responsive over phone and email, and he really made the process easy to end up with the jeep that I purchased. I always felt that there was a good deal of transparency in the sales numbers, and throughtout the process what they said the numbers would be, is what it ended up being. I have read so many reviews where people thought they were paying one price, and when they show up to sign the papers there are all sorts of hidden fees. Everything at Bald Hill was very straight forward and it made me feel good about the purchase I was making, not worring about if I was paying for something I didn't want. I have three kids, so visiting a dealership isn't the easiest thing to do. Lou was always concious of my time, and made me feel comfortable having my children in tow. Lou Ruggeri ultimatlely renewed my faith in the face to face dealership experience. I would recommend Lou Ruggeri and Bald hill Jeep to anyone looking for a new car and a good experience. Now my purchase was somewhat unusual as I was purchasing a challenger in Rhode Island despite that I live in Staten Island NY (I really wanted one in plum crazy with a manual trans). Conducting business across these great distances raised quite a few hardships considering I was also doing a trade in but Patty was exceptionally accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership as they exuded a happy, friendly and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. More
