I had a very jammed-up stuck seat-belt on the passenger side of my vehicle (2005 Toyota Camry). It would not go back in the tracks at all. This has happened before and I managed to fix it without service i side of my vehicle (2005 Toyota Camry). It would not go back in the tracks at all. This has happened before and I managed to fix it without service intervention but I could not get it unstuck. I called and explained the problem to see how much money it was going to cost me to have the problem fixed and was told no charge if they could get it unstuck for me. I was ambivalent about that because let's face it, a trip to the service center usually means out of pocket expense. Sure enough, they took a look at my seat belt, a technician popped off the plastic holder, adjusted the seat belt and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Throughout all my calls and when I arrived at the service center, I was treated very professionally and courteously even though they didn't make a dime off helping me. While it's true, they didn't receive any monetary payment from me, they definitely built up good will and trust in my book! I had a very positive experience and thank Baierl Toyota for their excellent service. More

Worked with Cliff through the internet sales dept. Dealt directly with Cliff on every email which I really liked. Some dealerships, almost all Toyota ones, have an automated system where you aren't directl directly with Cliff on every email which I really liked. Some dealerships, almost all Toyota ones, have an automated system where you aren't directly dealing with anyone, just a computer in most cases. That can be very frustrating, but Baierl Toyota and Cliff did a great job in keeping me informed. Up front pricing and no pressure. I wouldn't hate the car buying experience as much if I had to deal with people like Cliff Matthews and Baierl. Thanks, love the Tacoma. More
