Truly Hassle-Free Car Buying I purchased my 2015 Prius from Baierl Toyota in Cranberry. I had dealt with Rohrich Toyota in the past, mostly because it was closer to my home. When I purchased my 2015 Prius from Baierl Toyota in Cranberry. I had dealt with Rohrich Toyota in the past, mostly because it was closer to my home. When I decided to buy the Prius, I initially paid a visit to Rohrich with the intent on buying the car that day. To make a long story short, I had an unpleasant experience with the salesperson there and went home irritated and frustrated. I decided to use my employee purchase program at work to see what kind of no-hassle deal they might be able to come up with. (I didn't really have high expectations). About five minutes after I entered all of the information regarding which vehicle I was interested in, I received an offer from Baierl. The vehicle being offered was exactly what I was looking for and the price was exactly where I needed to be. I called the dealership to further inquire and I was put in contact with Patrick Evans. Patrick explained how everything worked with the deal offered and assured me there was no hidden costs or "Oh, I forgot to mentions" involved and he offered to e-mail a credit application to me to save me time once I had decided to take the deal and travel the 30 or so miles to Cranberry. I would be lying if I said that I didn't think that there would still be some problem that would come up to make the price go up or the deal not go down. Once I arrived at Baierl, all of my doubts and apprehension were quickly put to rest by Patrick. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and outgoing. He was witty and engaging yet he always seemed to have my interests in mind. The only setback in the process was due to a paperwork malfunction which caused me to have to sign all of the forms twice. Patrick seemed to be more upset by this than I was. But once I assured him that this was not a big deal to me, we were able to finish the stressful part of the program and move on to the fun part. And he handled that part with the same degree of expertise. He explained all of the nuances of the hybrid vehicle to me in a way that I was actually able to understand. And he linked my mobile device to the vehicle, which probably would have taken me two days to do. In short, Patrick was all I could have expected in a salesperson, and then some! In addition, everyone else I had contact with at Baierl during my visit added to my positive experience and I would like to thank all of you for that. More

I talked salesman Keith Peindl about the Camry I saw on the internet,but it was sold. I asked about used Avalon and he said they had none. He asked if moonroof and navigation was necessary for me? I said no. he showed me a couple of Avalon XLE. I saw one I liked. He gave prices for another Camry and the Avalon.I said I had go home and talk to my wife. He said sure. KeithPeindl was great,handled deal from beginning to end,except paper work. No pressure from Keith or sales manager,as encountered at other dealers,who wanted me to sign right now. I highly recommend Baierl Toyota for purchase. Good prices and trade in value. They are not pushy and give you time to make up your mind. More

Brad Pavlik was the individual who originally sent me the letter bringing my wife and I to the dealership. When we arrived John (Ringo) greeted us and introduced us to Brad. Brad had John handle most of our dealings. He however did the finance presentation. To make a long story short I feel he fell short in his performance in handling the financing of our deal. He left us hanging from Saturday until Wednesday with no contact initiated on his part. John handled his parts of the deal but Brad never did respond to our needs. I ended up contacting Miss Baierl herself to get action on our financing. I have used this dealership over the past three years to service my Toyota purchased elsewhere and this is the first problems I have ever had there. I hope it will be the last as I intend on using them for service on my new RAV4. Don Martin More
