7 visits over the past ten years and every time I wonder why Of the seven times I visited this dealership only once did I get a standard welcome. Every other time you have hunt someone down or they were always v Of the seven times I visited this dealership only once did I get a standard welcome. Every other time you have hunt someone down or they were always very disinterested in helping you. Maybe they are overworked or maybe they sell more than they can handle. I hate it when the first words out of a salesman's mouth are "This is the only one available". One time they were very aggressive pushing a used car for more money than a new one with incentives. Another time they wouldn't even show a car because they were too busy. Just today I was encountered by a Salesman who was very mouthy and exuberant introducing himself and during the test drive I had to ask the same question three times before he barely made any effort to answer. At the end of the drive he was exuberant and loud again asking me if I am going to buy it. I was point blank upfront this is only a test drive and I am not buying today. Then he mumbles on his way back "waste of time". All it took was 10 mins including the drive. I feel the Moto for the Dealership is "How to Sell em, Cheat em and be a total xxxxxxxx while your at it'. Such a Shame, the other Dealerships in the Baierl family are so much better, This is only the Toyota one that is consistently so bad. More
