Good experience except that I froze while waiting. No need for the waiting area HVAC to be set on freezer setting. my appointment was for 9:30, arrived ten minutes early, was finished around 11:45. When I arrived at the Dealer's door I was greeted and asked to pull into the service garage. I was quickly greeted at the service counter and asked what I needed done that day. Andrew Defrancis let me know that I needed Front Rotter fixed while I was waiting in the comfortable waiting area. He informed me that I would have an hour1/2 wait. When my car was done, I was called to the service desk by Andrew Defrancis who was very pleasant and helped me pay and sign for my repairs. I wish my car had been washed like they do at other Toyota Dealers but overall, I was very pleased with my experience. More
