Bad experience and making fun of customer We have been to this dealership a week ago(September last week), in search of Toyota SUV's for the quote. When we entered, main receptionist asked for We have been to this dealership a week ago(September last week), in search of Toyota SUV's for the quote. When we entered, main receptionist asked for the purpose. Being a international, not using correct word for third row optional seats SUVs, we did mention convertible 5 to 7 seated car. Picking up the word "convertible" made fun that, we don't have a convertible car seats for kids in any cars. Also, no sales rep. came to show any of the model, other than discussing and making faces and murmuring with receptionist. It really ruined our starting search with Toyota dealers. We would never go back to this dealership again. More
