I had extremely horrifying experience at this particular dealership. I would highly recommend avoiding Baierl's service. My interaction with their service manager, Courtney Gardina that she never called me dealership. I would highly recommend avoiding Baierl's service. Unfortunately, she did not provide any help and that was extremely unsatisfying. While she initially seemed willing to assist, it soon became apparent that her approach aligned with that of her coworkers who threw me to her, however, it's very clear that prioritizing the customer experience is at the bottom of their list.
