Mark Entress was the sales guy and went above and beyond to find me my Tacoma. Fact is he drove 2 hours away and 2 hours back just to pick it up . The sales process went rather well , Rod Phillips seemed to understand my needs and worked with me to reach an agreement. He also took care of some minor issues with the vehicle . I gave them 5 stars because their service manager, Sean, checked that an upgraded part was being put on so hopefully this problem doesn’t occur again. (I’ve never owned a car with this problem before. Before you think this isn’t a big deal, if the gas door isn’t closed, it doesn’t close a switch to let the sliding door function. ) More
