The service at this dealership was the best I experienced. John Caruso so was so helpful when I came in. He was attentive and helped me find exactly what I wanted. In fact even after I had agreed on a vehicle -- I called him and told him I'd like different one in another color. John worked quickly to make sure I was happy with the sale. Aside to this -- both times I came to BMW Westlake I had a toddler with me and we were there for hours. I was happy to see BMW Westlake is family friendly. Nate was also great in helping me get to know the configurations and tools available in the car. Easy to understand and was super helpful. I also stopped by after the sale because I thought I had forgotten something in the vehicle I traded in-- John was not working that day but both Bob and Dirk helped me out. Excellent service .
