I have purcahsed a number of cars from Center BMW, and have always brought them in there for service. Dennis has been my service advisor for quite some time, and he has always been extremely helpful, poli have always brought them in there for service. I think that personalized service is very important in the industry and Center does everything they can to try and accomodate their clients. Dennis meets or excedes my expectations every time I bring my vehicle in there and he is really a stand up guy. More
I have been utilizing Center BMW for both of my Series 7 cars. I have a 2001 740I and a 2005 745LI. Both cars have been well taken care of by Center. The Service is prompt and friendly. They are quick to diagnose the problem and their quality of service is excellent and the time taken to perform that service is quick. The older model car, due to lack of shelf parts, may take longer to service but, again, they are very prompt. I highly recommend Dennis Bohlig as a qualified and honest service representative. More

While I can't speak for the sales side of things over at Center BMW, I can simply say that their service department is in a word, phenomenal. I'm a huge proponent of prompt, to the point service; and if you Center BMW, I can simply say that their service department is in a word, phenomenal. Recently, my Check Engine Light came on and I called Center BMW to see about serving the car because of their great rating on this website. Hold times to speak with a representative were not bad, but once a representative got on the phone, things went downhill fast. I do a lot of my own work on my car, so I know what the problem is with it. I described the situation to Agent #1, who didn't give me his name. Somewhere through my explanation, I got the distinct feeling the guy wasn't listening to me. At the end of what I would call a very detailed overview of the problem, the guy says "We don't use outside diagnosis, it's $150 to have the problem diagnosed." Ummm... okay. Then I asked if my specific model of car had any recalls, "Which model?" At this point I was sure he was probably watching YouTube on his computer since he couldn't remember a thing of what I had said. I reiterated, he told me there were no recalls for my car. I thanked him and got of the phone. Now, I was sure I had paper work that said my 1999 528i had a recall, but since I didn't have the information in font of me, so I went and looked for it. Sure enough, there is a thermostat recall. Campaign Number 01E-A02. I called them back to inform them kindly that they clearly had some misinformation. I got on the phone with Agent #2 and described my previous conversation. He asked the last 7 of my VIN. Finally getting somewhere. He looked it up and also told me there were no recalls. I explained to him I had paperwork in my hand with a Campaign Number for an Emissions Recall. He corrected me that it wasn't a "thermostat recall, it's an emissions campaign." Full disclosure: The "Emissions Campaign" is labeled "BMW Voluntary Emissions Recall Campaign to Exchange the Engine Coolant Thermostat on Your Vehicle." Now I don't know how technical these people get, but it would seem perfectly correct to call this either a Thermostat Recall or an Emissions [Recall] Campaign. For him to correct me in this just irritated me more. He said my car already had the recall done and that the thermostat fails on the cars normally. Yes, I understand that thermostats need to be replaced, but if the cause of the replacement is what BMW is doing the recall for, I shouldn't be charged. Agent #2 said that I would need to call "The Factory" to see if the recall was continuous or not. I asked for the number and Agent #2 put me on hold. After 10 minutes, I decided these people were not going to get my business. Poor manners, disrespect, staff with very little knowledge, etc. These people do not deserve their high rating. More
We were ignored by sales people #1,they were gathered in show room all laughing and talking to each other never even acknowled us or asked us if we needed help, went by ourselves to look at all the cars in show room all laughing and talking to each other never even acknowled us or asked us if we needed help, went by ourselves to look at all the cars in the lot, and they were watch us out the windows, doesn't make you feel very welcome, I was there due to an accident and lost my BMW 5 series, so I been to other BMW lots and know you get such great treatment, but never at center, (this is my 2nd bad experience here never,ever go again) Found a car, explained what we thought the vehicle was worth and what we would pay,#2 Sales manager Michael was just plain condescending,angry,demeaning,his lecture on apples and bananas was just too much for me,I have purchased multiple BMWS from other lots and personally I think he must be full of fertalizer and he was unwilling to take even a penny off, cried tears of blood, honestly get over it your dealing in a time pricey vechiles are not flying off the shelves some times you got to give a little(Awful, personality) to be in the position he is given, thanked him for his time got up and walked away but he still would not stop ranting about the produce??? LOL! More
I have to start off by saying that this service rep was one the best and most curtious reps I have met with. I had come to changemy mats in my car and I was told that my car needs to be serviced, which of one the best and most curtious reps I have met with. I had come to changemy mats in my car and I was told that my car needs to be serviced, which of course is free with BMW, It is pretty inconvient for me to be left without a car, so the service rep offered toget mycar done in under an hour, this included changing brakes, brake fluid, filter, and a overview check of the car. I was impressed that they were able to do my service in 50 minutes right before closing time, with alot of other cars also being serviced, tis ype of service usually takes at least half a day at other dealers. So in conclusion, I really really really reccomend this dealership and this service department exspecially Andre, to everyone. You will not be disappointed. More
Hi - I bought a 2006 3 Convertible from a specialty used car lot in LA - the new car warranty only has a couple of months left on it - and I wanted the battery checked before the warranty ran out. I'd had car lot in LA - the new car warranty only has a couple of months left on it - and I wanted the battery checked before the warranty ran out. I'd had trouble a couple of times; nothing major, but I just knew the minute the warranty was up I'd need a new battery. Dennis went above and beyond testing the entire electrical system to make sure all was ship-shape. Sure enough he found the reason for my occassional problem, and it was indeed the battery - I got a brand new one, no charge, just in the nick of time. He was so kind and courteous I will be sure to include Center BMW when looking for my next car - I think you can tell a lot about a dealership by the Service Department. He didn't act like he wanted me gone, he acted like he wanted to help, and he did! For that I'm grateful. More
My car buying experience at Center BMW far exceeded my expectations. They were patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. I was a bit nervous making the jump from a Hyundai to a luxury vehicle like a BMW. I was also not sure of which model was right for me. Center BMW put me right at ease and were very helpful in determining what model fit my lifestyle, needs and goals best. I felt no pressure and like they genuinely wanted to find me MY perfect car. We decided on the 128i convertible (black on black). It is the PERFECT car for me and every time I get in I smile! Buying a new car can be a daunting experience but at Center BMW it was actually fun. When my license plates came in I took them into the service center to have them put on. I was greeted by name and immediately felt at home. Raul Hagen checked to see that I was happy with my new car and to see if I had any questions. I was so impressed that they actually cared about me and my happiness – even after I signed the lease. All in all I truly feel like part of the Center BMW family and can’t thank them enough for taking the time to make me feel comfortable and confident in my choice of a 128i. I absolutely LOVE my Center BMW. More
