He follows up with calls to see how things are going with the car, and has an infectious way of making even a tough situation (car engine half removed to replace two turbos) somehow enjoyable. Every service advisor should take a page out his book. He connects on a real level with his customers. No wonder his desk is usually occupied with someone seeking his service.
