Would have liked a little bit better deal, but in the long run I always feel more confident getting new tires from the dealership. They had to be ordered but I had a loaner car so I was never inconvenienced. All good now, Its like I'm driving a new car! Thanks Lewis & BMW! More

Excellent service Louis remembered me from my last visit some 4 months ago. He even remembered the reason for that visit. Service Review Your service department had concerned me based on reviews prior to mid -2017. When I purchased my car in 2017 I was told that previous service problem Your service department had concerned me based on reviews prior to mid -2017. When I purchased my car in 2017 I was told that previous service problems had been addressed and that your goal was to offer excellent service. Although my first visit was only for oil and lube and first year anniversary maintenance, I can say that I was quite pleased with the scheduling, the completion timing , and the individual attention that I received.. Keep up the good work. You seem to have solved your past problems. More

Service done right When I called to schedule my repair I spoke with Eric in the parts department who was very helpful in making certain everything was in stock and ready When I called to schedule my repair I spoke with Eric in the parts department who was very helpful in making certain everything was in stock and ready. Lewis was my advisor on the day of my service, I was glad I was assigned to him as he had helped me on a previous appointment. All in all I was very pleased to have used bmw of Sarasota for my auto repair not only because the service was five star but I found their prices to be upfront and lower than other quotes.
