I had a 9:00 appointment for scheduled maintenance. I call them at 2:30 for an update. They told me an hour or two more. They called at 4:30 and told me they did not finish the work and I would need t I call them at 2:30 for an update. They told me an hour or two more. They called at 4:30 and told me they did not finish the work and I would need to pick up my vehicle tomorrow after 10:00. This cause be to miss my best friend’s wedding anniversary of 20 years. I was his best man. I spoke with the Service Manager about the matter in his office. He listed but never removed his fingers from his keyboard. He gave me a very very negative look and said thank you for sharing and my feedback. He was not very empathetic or concerned. In addition, they over charged me for the two rear tires I purchased and I had to request a refund check from them to be cut to me. Finally, after all these issues, they did not wash my vehicle. I had to bring this to their attention. I then had to wait an additional 20 to 25 minutes. This Service Department does not value their customers time or their experience. I own Lexus, Range Rovers and another BMW. I have never been treated so poorly. More
