Car service repair (windshield replacement) performed on my 2025 X5 50e caused (BMW) damage to the HU display system. I was told by Brooke that it would be addressed with service manager and we would schedu my 2025 X5 50e caused (BMW) damage to the HU display system. I was told by Brooke that it would be addressed with service manager and we would schedule another appointment for repairs/replacement. I have not heard back from Sarasota BMW. So now I have to chase Brooke/BMW. I've left a message every day for 3 days with no response from anyone. Totally disappointing service. Looks like I'll have to reach out to senior manager to get some help with a dealership caused issue. More

This was my first time at your dealership as I am here from upstate NY. The Service was top notch, the personnel were professional and personable, and the time went by quickly in the lounge.
