Brought in a Mercedes for an oil change because I had a $29 oil change flyer from your dealership. Derick said it's not good for a Mercedes. I pointed out that it said it was. He said he'd check. After 1 1 $29 oil change flyer from your dealership. Derick said it's not good for a Mercedes. I pointed out that it said it was. He said he'd check. After 1 1/2 hours, I hadn't heard from Derick, so went to check. He said the flier was from a fired ad firm, but my oil change would be free. But it was going to be another 1 1/2 hr till it was done, as the car wasn't in the garage yet. I told him to just get me the car, and I'd go home, as I didn't want to wait a total of 3 hours for an oil change. Also... I've tried a number of times to get this changed...to no avail...this is my wife's phone! My number is 920.246.1989 More
