This was my first time at your dealership as I am here from upstate NY. The Service was top notch, the personnel were professional and personable, and the time went by quickly in the lounge. Car service repair (windshield replacement) performed on my 2025 X5 50e caused (BMW) damage to the HU display system. I was told by Brooke that it would be addressed with service manager and we would schedu my 2025 X5 50e caused (BMW) damage to the HU display system. I was told by Brooke that it would be addressed with service manager and we would schedule another appointment for repairs/replacement. I have not heard back from Sarasota BMW. So now I have to chase Brooke/BMW. I've left a message every day for 3 days with no response from anyone. Totally disappointing service. Looks like I'll have to reach out to senior manager to get some help with a dealership caused issue. More
