It took over a month to get a simple air filter change scheduled. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. When I purchased the vehicle I added Chrystal fusion to the windows. I had other options also purchased, left the car for 3 days and when I picked it up, there was no paperwork for anything done and the cr the windows.
