The service department is grossly incompetent! I scheduled routine service and asked them to call with estimate. Never got the call. My visit to the BMW of San Rafeal service center was a highly positive and pleasant one. The fact that I ditched my awful local Hansel BMW dealership in my town and instead drove 40 miles to San Rafael BM highly positive and pleasant one.
