While the quality of the car is unsurpassed, in my opinion, the people that interface with customers are crucial to the success of the dealer. This year, I had a choice of leaving the dealer for a competitor (a former dealer employee that had formerly provided me great service in the past). I came into contact with Erick Grabruck, however, and based on how he responded to my requests and concerns, I felt that I was in great hands. I decided to remain a customer of the dealer. He was professional and timely communicated with me during the process. He even stayed late (well past 9 p.m. on a Monday night) to make sure that the deal was properly closed and I was comfortable driving off in my new car.
